Ok so I have to say that the customer service team here is awesome. Nathan from Paint and Kiana in flooring were super helpful in my search for a carpet that was on SALE. They were awesome. Nathan, even when he was on his way to lunch still took the time to help me Kiana showed up and was just super helpful didn’t hesitate and went to search top stock for my item. They are both Great at what they do I came in for one item left with two thank you for your exceptional service.

We had an a BBQ that got delivered and did not work. After a few trips to Lowe's talking with employees in the garden section we had to bring it back. The same BBQ was not available when we returned the broken one. Jonny and Rick, from inside garden, did a fantastic job resolving the issue. I just wanted to write to say what a great job they did to make a customer happy. Excellent problem solving and great customer service. Thanks again guys and we will return.

A simple purchase of a clearance item turned a long ordeal. The clerk mis-entered the amount and did not have the authority to clear the error. The manager was called, never showed AND another clerk showed up and had not been told anything. Turns out she did not have the authority either. 20 minutes AND no progress. I left without my items. I went home and called to ask how the system they have would strand two people to deal with problems without the authority to deal with them. Guess what? The calls to customer service were cut off THREE times. Odd way to run a garden department. Fortunately there are other stores. Would not have posted this without giving them a chance to fix it.

We went to Lowes to buy a laundry washing machine.
We bought it, and the next day, a company other than Lowes came and installed it.
After they left, we loaded the LG washer and tried it for the first time.
Suddenly, all the water that was supposed
To stay inside the drum burst out.
Water was running all over the place.
We turned off the machine and called Lowes.
They said that once we paid the other company that brought the unit, it is responsible for repairing or exchanging it.
They gave us a number .
It is very difficult to get to a human operator, and after a long, long wait and music, some
One picked up the phone, and they said they would call back for repair. They must be kidding me. we paid for a new laundry machine.
It did not work from the first day .
It seems that Lowes and this company hand to hand sale broken appliances.
Just be careful if you want to buy new appliances from Lowes .
I do not know how we can protect ourselves as customers. I just know that it is the last time we buy something from LOWES.
I am waiting for the third company to call or show up .Hopefully, they will exchange the unit. Otherwise, we have to file a complaint against this store.
It is too bad. Lowes used to be my favorite store.

Placed an order for pickup at the store on June 9 and the website said it would be ready for pickup on June 11. There were delays and the new pickup date was June 17. Tracking showed that it arrived at the store on June 14. Called them on the 17th when I noticed I didn’t get a pickup confirmation email and the folks couldn’t find the package. Called today and was told that the package was found and finally received a pickup confirmation email. Went to go pick up my order, waited in store for 40 minutes, and they couldn’t find it. Unbelievable! They asked if I’d like to cancel my order and they can call me if they find it. Forget it, ended up ordering on Amazon because I can’t take the incompetency. How hard is it to place a package in a box?

I was here the other day and I asked if they had a product in stock, but unfortunately the store didn’t have it and said they would call me back as promised. I think his name was Abraham, he for sure has an ego I thought was alarming. I never received that call back after he promised he would too. Disappointed at his lack of attention to things and details when spouting lies to customers. I would rather do my business at a different lowes, they should really call back customers and not leave them on hold for 30 minutes .

I had my bathroom remodeled here; big mistake. Aside from the cost, which was way too much for what I got and that was my fault, they told me repeatedly that I could get financing. We had a three-year financing plan, and everything worked out. Instead, they rolled the entire balance over to a credit card and ACHed it all out of my account at once. Now the rest of my payments are failing. When I asked them to put the money back they said they would have to mail me a check that would take two weeks for me to get. Everyone blames someone else, and no one will take responsibility for what happened. I just get sorry, sorry, sorry all day long. I'm sorry too because I was going to remodel my entire house with these guys. Now, I'll never do business with them again.

Went to buy a fridge and purchased fridge.. due to holiday place was pretty busy .. man who helped us was great and answered all our questions! Overall great experience! Sale was great!!! And we love our fridge (side note delivery team was excellent 100% and got everything up and working within 30 minutes!

Curbside pickup is a joke. I’ve had 3 separate occasions where I’ve waited for my curbside order for 10+ minutes, then had to go in and pick it up myself. I walk in and see multiple employees standing around with no customers waiting in the pickup/returns area.
They’d be better off removing curbside, so people aren’t waiting around in their cars for no reason.

Very helpful and friendly people working. Grace accompanied my wife all the way to the back of the store after the garden dept was shut down for the evening.
