Coaching staff is experienced and knowledgeable. Owner and his coaches seem to really care about the improvement of each athlete that comes through the club. Facilities are convenient with multiple courts that offer flexibility on training times. Does tend to get a little hot during the summers and very cold during the winter, but over all it’s a good club where they do a good job teaching and training their athletes.

I do not recommend this club. They charge outrageous fees for playing and competing. I don’t understand why there aren’t any more negative reviews from members. Everyone is unhappy. They are very unorganized and no one ever answers the main line. It’s just not worth it.

Free parking is a nice treat, but the entrance fee more than erases that savings. The courts are extremely tight and the nets between really hinder play. If they cut down on the CrossFit space, maybe they could get better spacing between the courts for walkways and service run up space.

It is hot and has an over priced snack bar. The 2 stars is because there is free parking. Maybe I should give them 3 stars, If you travel to volleyball clubs you know parking is pricey.

The Laguna Beach Volleyball Club is a decent facility with some advantages and disadvantages. One of the pros is that you don't have to pay for parking, which can save you some money. Additionally, the facility itself is nice, and there are six volleyball courts available for use. However, there are some downsides to consider. The lack of air conditioning can make the facility uncomfortable on warm days, as it can get extremely hot and humid inside. Furthermore, the large doors are not lifted on these days, which exacerbates the issue. Lastly, the ceilings are lower than other facilities, which can be a little problematic for taller players.Overall, the Laguna Beach Volleyball Club is a a nice facility that may suit your needs depending on your priorities. While it has some good points, the lack of air conditioning and high humidity on hot days, combined with low ceilings, may detract from your overall experience. Therefore, a three-star rating seems appropriate.

The man who owns this facility is an aggressive person who should not be interacting with paying customers. He's defensive, rude and would rather get into an argument than have what some might believe to be a "difficult conversation" with a paying customer. Absolutely no empathy. He prioritized being "right" than actually listening to my complaint- which is legitimate. While the volleyball players are playing in extremely high temperatures-he's enjoying his air conditioned office and STILL insisted on arguing with me after I told him about my sick husband who is unable to stand the heat in the facility. I was upset, but not raising my voice or screaming. He wouldn't back down until I lost it. You win, buddy. Hope it feels good!

Great facility. It seems like they need insulation in the ceiling though, as it was freezing in the morning!

Came here for a volleyball tournament. This place is very cold so dress in layers, Have a spare fold out chair in the car. Seating is limited. Clean bathrooms. There is food but I haven't taken a look yet. Parking was free. Entrance was $15

This facility needs to put in layered bleachers if they are hosting tournaments using all the courts. They ran out of bench room quickly and there wasn’t much space for chairs. Probably a great place to practice, but not fortournaments. Not enough room for spectators or bathrooms.

My review is directed towards people that are coming for tournaments. It’s relatively small. So bring extra chairs to sit on. Parking is free, but everything else is expensive. Entrance is $15 for adults and free for ages 13 and under. Cafeteria is very expensive and treatment wasn’t very nice. Old gentleman was very rude when I asked for a bag to save left over of a $12 chicken quesadilla that tasted disgusting. Outside food not allowed, but you can sneak your food in your bag. I would not like to come back here.

My review is directed towards people that are coming for tournaments. It's relatively small. So bring extra chairs to sit on. Parking is free, but everything else is expensive. Entrance is $15 for adults and free for ages 13 and under. Also, long lines to get in and there's no additional entrance for players. However, players were allowed to skip the line, but it felt a bit chaotic trying to navigate the crowd through a narrow door. There's a cafeteria with plenty of options, but is expensive and treatment wasn't very nice. Old gentleman was very rude when I asked for a bag to save left over of a $12 chicken quesadilla that tasted disgusting. Outside food not allowed, but you can sneak your food in your bag or go back to your car for food. I regretted not bringing my own food.

Plenty of free parking for vball tourneys. It's a bit cozy with all players and families in attendance but everyone is relatively respectful and nice. Food options are meh but they allow outside food and drink. Bathroom facilities are small but clean.

Worst club you can ever go to. Unorganized with planning and uniform orders, and have demeaning coaches. Highly NOT recommended!

Attended a women's senior volleyball tournament September 17 2022 what a nice place. Our team and 10 others had a great time. It was nice to have a place with plenty of parking, a snack shop, clean rest rooms, a large air conditioned lobby and a large seating area with table to est and relax. The coordinator and the owners were fantastic. All in all it was a perfect day. I would recommend LBVBC to any volleyball group that wants have tournament or even league play. I also have a women's group we play almost every monday morning we love this place.
