Arrived before opening after a holiday weekend. 5th person in line. In and out in less than half hour. The supervisor Sangita was very pleasant and professional. The technician was quiet but efficent in wanting to find my tiny deep veins with only one poke. She absolutely did and with no pain at all. Confident I won't bruise. I usually do with blood draws.

As always poor service right from the beginning. Sorry we can’t help you we only take appointments. I was sent by my DR today for important tests. The lap corps site does not state that appointment only. Unfortunately for me my insurance contracted only with this sorry excuse for healthcare services.
To be honest the employees are very nice and polite they helped me with out appointment . The office is clean and the young lady that helped me was very helpful and friendly. Sadly the management put them in a position where it’s a catch 22 . I think whoever decided to make the decision for appointment only should be given a lesson on customer service

This was a very friendly office. Why is it temporarily closed? The closest office near RSM is Mission Viejo...... a 30min drive away!!!!!! Plus their next morning appointment in MV is over 3 weeks wait!!!

I normally dont leave reviews but I had great pleasant experience when I went here to get my bloodwork done. The process was so quick, I checked in on the iPad with my QR code and sat in the waiting room for a bit and was called in. I had probably 10 tubes of blood drawn it was over in what feels like 5 mins, the Filipino nurse there is super nice and friendly we chat while she drew my blood and she was quick with it the process was over before i knew it, I can tell she's a pro! I felt a little light headed after and she got be a cup of water, and told me to take my time to recover. I'm usually so scared of needles but it was completely painless and I didnt have any bruising or pain after! That's when you know the nurse is good and didnt poke the wrong place.

I walked 1.5 mile only to discover empty office with employees laughing and conversing in backroom. Sign stated this location no longer accepts walk ins and one must have appointment. No warning and no service. Zero clients waiting makes it look like a cushy job for some but no help whatsoever for patients needing lab work. Walked uphill 1.5 miles wondering why Quest or other labs around to compete. Went home to book appointments online. First available was 15 days in the future. Now I'll be meeting neurologist April 2nd without any lab results. Labcorp services nonexistent. IMHO.

This location has a sign posted on the door 'As of 3/4 appointments only' - I walked in today 3/5 - nobody - not one person was there waiting to get labs done and they wouldn't take me as a walk in - the girl working at the front was sassy and had to have the last word which is horribly unprofessional. I will be calling me insurance to see if I can switch to Quest -

Oh my goodness! We walked in this morning without an appointment and the front desk were so welcoming! My daughter had to have a lot of blood drawn and Kareem was amazing and funny and sang songs and helped to distract her! Highly recommed this location!

First time being here and it was so quick. I did not have an appointment and I didn't have to wait so long. Also, the receptionist was nice, and so was Lizeth, who drew my blood and it was painless! Everything went smooth. Would like to come again!

Went in person the other day only to call with a question and there's a recording saying the location is temporarily closed. Tried a few days later and getting the same message. Called a different location to see if this was really the case and if they could answer my original question. Left a message a few days ago and never heard back. Left another message today. Ridiculous.
