Not good. Needed an amendment from a full CPA who messed up. I paid 1000's this year in taxes. HR Block did amendment. Received a letter from FTB stating: "You schedule X, California Explanation of Amended Return Changes, did not include a new amended California Form 540. California Resident Income Tax Return as instructed." I have to re-mail everything within 2 weeks as letter took 2 weeks from date to receive. Or, I lose the same received dates as original documents. Turns out I over paid my taxes and to receive money back. Why is that women only have these problems. The CPA had bad reviews from women who ended up audited due to that CPA mistakes. Appears he believed messing up taxes will generate more revenue for him by returning to the tax offices to fight the IRS.

Worst experience! I have the most simple tax return and I get responses like “I’m not going to check if everything printed, I’m sure it’s all there” or “I have another client to take” or just not answering my questions related to MY TAXES!!! I think it’s absurd to pay for a service and not have your questions answered. To top it off, other tax specialists offer coupons while this person didn’t even offer. All he said was I’ll pay up front and handed me my packet. Didn’t even say thank you for stopping by or anything.Don’t go there!!! I went there years ago, and because I’m on a tight time crunch, I had to use them again. Now I remember why I didn’t go there for almost 9 years! Front desk didn’t even do anything about it! Worst experience! Don’t go there!

Debra is great. I've been using her for a couple years. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Honest and straight to the point. I also really liked that I was able to upload my docs online before coming in. That saves a lot of time.

I wanted to drop my tax docs off.I have done this for the last two years,They did not accept this so then started to say you have to wear a mask.At this point it got silly. My tax prepearer just lost her client.These people are not smart and they are accountants! Good luck!
