I cannot thank Haircomesthebride enough! The hair piece is absolutely stunning. I was so nervous that it would not come in time for my wedding but it came very quickly and in such BEAUTIFUL packaging. I wish I could remember the name of the woman I spoke to over the phone but she was the sweetest! :) Thank you so much for creating such a stunning hair piece for the most memorable day of my life. Hair Comes the Bride was truly an amazing vendor to work with. They are all so professional and accountable for their work that it puts the entire wedding party at ease. We have enough to worry about on the day but hair and makeup was taken care of and worth the investment!

I LOVE Hair Comes the Bride! This is the answer to all your wedding hair accessory needs! After searching tons of sites for bridal hair pins, I discovered HCTB and quickly found several bridal hair pins that I thought would complete my wedding look. I used their easy and convenient 'try then buy' service to help me pick the winner. The pins were sent to me several days before my hair trial and it was so easy to return the pins I didn't want using their pre-packaged shipping label. The quality of their products is exceptional! I would definitely recommend getting your hair accessories here --- they also have great customer service and are very friendly and responsive if you do have any questions. I really don't think you can find hair pieces that are as beautiful and unique for a better price.

I ordered 3 hair pins through their "Try Before You Buy" program. It is such a convenient way to see what they look like before you settle on which one you'll use for your wedding day. I picked the one that went best with my veil and wedding dress and sent back the other two. Love this program!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Gina! I was a few years into my business and though I'd soaked up a lot of information about running a business in general online and through business coaching programs, I still struggled with the specifics of running a Bridal Beauty Business, as it was a relatively new concept at the time. I didn't have anyone else to turn to that had run a successful one, until I came across Gina. The support and first hand account that she shared with me on how to set the business up, programs to use, what to look out for, best marketing practices, and how to manage a team, were worth gold to me during that stage. I continue to reflect on teachings that she shared with me, that have made more sense over time. She is very organized, strong willed, and direct. I cannot give her enough praise for her support, during the time I needed it most!

This company is a terrible disappointment. I ordered a clip and tried it in my hair before my wedding when easily removing from my hair, it BROKE. To add to the disappointment, the company wont refund me. they will only send out a replacement AFTER they get the old one back- which means I will not have it for my wedding. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff at Hair Comes The Bride for their exceptional help. I am going to a once in a lifetime black tie awards show and needed just the right hair accessory to match my gown and earrings. It turned out to be much more difficult than I anticipated. I first tried Nordstroms. I initially bought something there after hours of going through all of their online options but when I returned it because it didn't quite match, the employee told me not to wear anything in my hair because it would just clash. Surprising but the Nordstroms sales person was very negative and unhelpful. My dress has beautiful gold appliques and the earrings and hair piece needed to match exactly. I saw a few choices on Hair Comes the Bride and called. The woman who helped me was amazing. She knew how important this black tie event was to me and was very empathetic. First, she asked me to send her pictures of my dress and earrings which in my opinion, was exceptional. She went completely out of her way to help me find just the perfect hair accessory. She saw the challenge because our best choice still had some pearls and my earrings and dress did not have pearls. She was able to push the little pearls on the hair accessory behind so you couldn't see them. She got my order out right away and when it arrived, I was so impressed. It came beautifully wrapped in a lovely box with ribbon and very well protected. I highly recommend this store and if you don't find what you are looking for, please call and talk to them. Excellent service!

I ordered some hair flowers recently and am SO DISAPPOINTED with the products I received. I ordered one set of 3 flowers and they are very cheap looking, they are falling apart and have chunks of dried yellow glue on them. I also ordered an orchid which is pretty but much smaller than described on their site (cost was $40 for ONE little flower not much bigger than a quarter!) They have a bigger size which I planned to order as well if I liked the small but after their disgraceful customer service, I wouldn't order again. I spent $80 total for this small order (1 set of 3 little cheap-looking flowers and 1 flower too small to use) a total waste of money!! I wouldn't complain about the price if these were quality products but I won't even use them. The most annoying thing is that after numerous attempts to reach out to them, they won't respond!!! They even sent me a link to add a review to their site but they have to approve their reviews before posting to the site so it won't even appear!!

P.s. They waited for the last minute to tell me I had to blow dry my hair so I didn't get much sleep the night before my wedding. (Ugh!) I also didn't like how it was left up to me to determine when the girl came. Because of that there was not enough time to fix my hair and she barely had time to do my bridesmaids maid, which she hated. I just didn't understand the unprofessional behavior of this company and their nerve to charge $500...

I had booked and paid hair comes the bride months in advance for my hair and makeup trial (250 for the trial). At first everything seemed great.. I had booked my trial far in advance because I had really wanted my mom to be able to be there for it. My mom lives out of state and she was only going to be able to fly out once before the wedding (for my bridal shower) so I made sure to schedule my trial the day of my bridal shower. I made it very clear to them how important it was for my mom to be in the trial with me. The day before my trial I get an e mail from the receptionist confirming my trial for the next day which was great. The next day ( the day of my trial and my bridal shower) I waited for hours and no one ever showed up!! They do not give you the information of your stylist so there's no way of getting in contact with anybody to know if they are running late or showing up. I had to wait until that Monday for the receptionist to be back in the office ( they are only open mon-fri) for her to call me back and tell me they don't know why she didn't show to my trial. They were completely unapologetic and did not try and remedy the situation at all. They offered me a new stylist but there was no way I would trust a company as unreliable and unprofessional as they were. They did refund me my 250 dollars but it in no way makes up for the fact that my mom wasn't able to be there with me during this special time. They need to learn communication and customer service. I can only imagine how deviating it would be if this happened on my actual wedding day!

This place did My hair and make up ten years ago and I still hate to look at my wedding pictures because my hair was awful! I have long curly hair and the girl showed up to the hotel where I got married and did my hair, my makeup and a few up dos for my bridal party all by herself! My make up was very average. I washed my hair that morning as most people would want to do on their wedding day. She told me oh your hair comes out better when it's dirty! Wth?! My trial hair do came out much better. They should be more up front with people and give proper information.

I just received my earrings and my hair comb, they were both more beautiful than I could of imagined. The earrings were spectacular, im very very shocked. Thank you so much I know they will be perfect on my wedding day
