Went for smog. Other places offer a coupon so you could get better price. but these guys are friendly, helpful, fast.

Worst place! Made our car worse! Went to get a gas leak fixed and then after they did work on it our car had issues ever since. They were no help at all. Seemed like they didn't care.

Brakes were gerinding baaaaaad, so I knew I had to get to a mechanic fast. I came in, got myself registered in and they went into do a check up on the brake. Told me I needed new front brakes and rotors and was concerned that I was driving it at all. I caved and he replaced what I needed right away, as time is crazy for me. They were prompt and very friendly with everything. I highly recommend them! :-)

Not a good place to do business with. Needed battery tested and tech or whomever indicated they needed the car all day. You got to be kidding me. Five minutes to test battery, charging and starting on device. No customer support, was trying to avoid a breakdown. Luckily, another repair down the street tested on the spot. Hope that wasn't the owner at Bad Guys Auto, just losing business. Stupid stuff. Avoid, not recommending. Better repair shops in the area.

Overpriced, scamming, and unprofessional. Came here for an oil change and smog check, which ended up costing me $90?! It was a rip off but my bad for not confirming the price before leaving my car there. During the oil change they called to say that my coolant was in desperate need of a flush and that they could do it for $300. Ducking ? what? Who the heck charges $300 for a flush??? I respectfully declined. A month after all this, my check engine light kicks on. Frustrated, I pop open the hood of my car to see if there are any visible issues. Guess what? There are. My coolant cap was never placed back after this place's insistence that I needed a flush. My coolant reservoir is bone dry. I had to go to the store and pick up a bottle of coolant and refill it. Do not come here. It's a scam and if you refuse their recommended overpriced services, they'll sabotage your car to break down. Thank God my dad taught me the basics of taking care of my car and researching prices. I can't count how many mechanics have tried to take advantage of the "lone girl needs an oil change" situation.

This palce is a scam when it comes to Smog Checks. Beware. They charged us $70.00 for the smog check. When my wife went to pick it up she was told that it did not pass because we disconnected the battery or something which we did not do. He stated the computer on the car did not have enough miles on it to complete the test. He stated the vehicle would have to be driven some before it can be retested which I was able to confirm with another Smog Check Company. The issue is that they want to charge another $70 for a retest because they didn't have to do any work on the car. I said that is not right and he said well bring it by after some miles and he has a way to pretest it to see if it is ready for another smog. I said why wasn't that done before he they do not do that in this area, that is only something they would do in Santa Ana. Totally unprofessional and should not be in business. I highly recommend going somewhere else for your smog check services.

The Good Guys in RSM are total pros who service allMy Auto service needs. I have a Dodge Journey I almost Ubered to death ( now has 250k miles ) but they have kept it humming. Sean and Bruce are total pros and honest and reliable. Good Guys really are the Good Guys !!!

I brought my car in for a smog certification. I was greeted promptly and they performed services efficiently. When providing payment, Sean was surprisingly rude to me. Perhaps he was having a bad day-but it was uncalled for and unprovoked. So if you're seeking pleasant personnel, I would't recommend taking your business to Good Guys Auto Care Center.
