Came in to buy a disposable vape and Connor was really helpful in educating us about the value of Vaporesso Eco Nano. Not only is it cost effective, but also lasts much longer than the disposable vapes we were purchasing. If you were to get one, I highly recommend hearing his quick tutorial on how it works, it's worth the few minutes! We've had the vaporesso now for about 4 months and will never go back to disposable. Great place to buy from, ran by great people. Highly recommend!

Wonderful shop, great staff and great selection. Never had an issue with my stuff except once and the owner replaced it for me when I brought my receipt back 4 days after purchase. Glad I don’t have to go across town or all the way to lake forest for my vape and headshop stuff!

I was having a terrible time sleeping so I went in there to get some CBD gummy's. The girl sold me some capsules with CBN and melatonin, etc.. she really sold me on how good they worked and you only need one out of the two it recommended. These did not do one thing for me. I called to see what the refund policy was and he will not work with me at all. He will not give me a store credit, He will not refund me, basically called me a liar, saying that if I went to target or somewhere else I couldn't return some thing that didn't work. Yes, target does do refunds. He all but called me a liar. That kind of PR is not acceptable and I do not refer anyone to this establishment, just on their attitude alone!

SCAM !! I went there and was charged DOUBLE what I pay anywhere else for a disposable vape. It was $36! Businesses like this that price gouge the customer should be ashamed of themselves. When I asked in horror why it was 36 dollars after I already paid he said oh I have to pay extra tax's and anyone who doesn't charge this much their products must be counterfeit. I just got the creepiest feeling from him the way he was trying to explain why he charges double . I will never ever go back there .

I'm usually the last guy to complain about prices but WOW. You pay literally double the price for half the selection it makes no sense. I just paid $36 for a disposable vape that doesn't work and they couldn't care less....

Mark and his staff are the coolest people around! They always make you feel so welcome and do the best they can to guide and inform their customers to meet their needs. Fantastic selection of juices and devices and highly recommended to vapers of all experience levels!

Not a very great experience here. Heckled over masks when the employees also weren't wearing any, and I feel as if I overpaid. Ugh.

Bought A puff bar and it stoped working in less than a day (they last me three weeks) when I called they said they couldn’t do anything but 10% off my next purchase. I paid 27 dollars for it so disappointed got recommended here first and last time going there.

Horrible service. Asked for a vaccine card which you can't do. Told me I needed a face mask when she(owner) wasn't wearing one when I walked in and neither was some dude sleeping on the couch. Pathetic service especially when you try and enforce something you don't follow yourself. I'd take your business elsewhere.
