Thank goodness, we found a Better Vet! Dr. Tran and his assistant were very professional, knowledgeable. They were kind to our tortoise. They were on time, friendly, and we are definitely grateful, knowing we have them to call on in the future!!

I don't even know where these reviews are coming from. You can't get ahold of Dr. Sylvie or her office. All calls at the number here on yelp and her website to go a business called better vet. Same as another mobil vet I called off Yelp with another totally different phone number. The people taking your call are all new and each one will tell you something different. First time I called they said there were no appointments in my area only tele-health. Second time I called less than an hour later with a different phone operator they had several appointment windows the very next day. The Dr. they're sending out is not Dr. Sylvie or a Dr. Ryan from another mobil service on yelp. It's a Dr. Tran and an assistant. There's no way for me to look up reviews on this Dr. other than the info they say they give about him on their website. Because my cat is old and feeble and covered in fleas right now I don't wanna take him to a vet office so I guess I'm stuck with this, but I wish Best Vet had their own yelp or at least knew more about their Dr.'s or something. This is like throwing a dart in a dark room. Certainly not the way I like to do business and I'm very uncomfortable.

Dr Ryan and his assistant (sorry, I forget her name) were fabulous. They communicated great, were professional and had great bed side manner with my Kiki. I liked that she did not have to go through the stress of a regular vet visit and was able to be treated accordingly. I would use this service again.

Dr Ryan Lefmann and Jordyn are wonderful vets and carers for your walking hearts. I was deeply impressed by their ability to handle what is a hard time for a cat, to keep calm, and to be very helpful explaining everything. I really think a mobile vet is the best solution as your pet may get upset going to a clinic and I feel this team is wonderful.

The vet and an assistant arrived on time, were very professional, and were so gentle with my pet that she was more relaxed during the exam than I expected. Medicine was provided, and a follow-up call from me in a week was requested just to let them know how she was doing. The added fact that they're mobile makes them #1 in my book!

This team is so kind and friendly! You can tell they love and care about your furry friend. My dog, Nori has never come back smiling after the vet. That changed yesterday when she was with Dr. Ryan Lefmann. Thank you Better Vet.

Absolutely love this service. I have a very sensitive dog and cannot go to a regular vet with all the other animals. BetterVet is the best way to handle all vet services and look forward to continued relationship with them!

Dr. Leffman and Jordan visited my home to give my 15 1/2 year old Golden Retriever, Marley a wellness exam. They were both very caring and respectful. Marley was in extreme pain due to arthritis, and 3 days later he is 95% better. I couldn't be happier. My boy is acting like a puppy. The travel fee of $95.00 is a bit steep, but the doctor visit was worth every penny and much more. Very happy with BetterVet.

Came out on short notice when our Husky had a big seizure. Dr. Silvia and her tech were so attentive and helpful. I loved the attention they gave her and us. No upselling, no recommendation for unnecessary procedures, etc..Highly recommend.

Dr. Silvia has been my 18-year-old cat's vet for years now. (She's now with BetterVet Orange County.) My cat is terrified of everything and everyone, but she and Lucas handle him so gently. They're incredibly kind, caring, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I always recommend Dr. Silvia to my friends looking for a more personal vet experience. Dr. S is very responsive. It's comforting knowing I can always reach out with questions about my cat's health and behavior and it's especially comforting knowing my pets are in her care.
