I got lottery ticket there and won $2. I came before to have it cashed out since it was busy the first time with one cashier and a long line. I came back today and both cashiers refused to cash it since they are low in cash. I told him that it is for $2 and he said and I quote,‘fine but if it is more, then I will not do it’. If you cannot cash the winning tickets then you should not sale lottery tickets there. I will not shop there again.

Every time my daughter goes there, she gets pressured by an Asian woman to get a membership. My daughter says no but she continues making it without her permission, she already has 4, how. any more does she need to make? this is just too annoying.

If a negative rating was available I'd give them -10. Soooo unhelpful. Went over there twice to pick up antibiotics got Grandbaby and they kept denying that they received it. After returning home second time they called my daughter to say they found it.

Swee was so helpful and attentive towards every customer. Swee was obviously very busy, yet, she was aware of her customers and their needs while being very courteous and professional. Swee is exemplary of excellence and excellent customer service.

This cvs is good, I just have to give it a one star because of the pharmacist manager( I think she was the manager). She had gray straight hair and glasses. She was very vocal and complaining about some system issue. Then she loudly embarrassed another pharmacist telling him he was doing something wrong. It was obvious that he was uncomfortable but she continued. I felt bad for him and it was unprofessional. You never know what someone is going through, you should always treat everyone with kindness mam

If I were the CVS regional manager, I would close this store. It provides absolutely no value or service that can be considered adequate. They lost my insurance information in their system. I provided them with the info again and they entered it wrong. As a result, I was charged excessive amount of money for my needed drugs. Similar issues have come up with my wife and friends where they received wrong medications or their prescriptions were never filled. It' difficult to say whether employees do not have the necessary training or they are simply incompetent. The pharmacists are rude and have no customer service skills. Most of the time you cannot find an employee if you need assistance. I along with my family and friends have switched pharmacies.

this should have a no star review. last month I bought an Amazon gift card which turned out to be faulTy. I returned it with my receipt looking for a replacement . CVS would not return or replace and the manager was so rude. he only provided an cvs employ800 phone number which no human answered. for a week I tried also an Amazon number which yielded a human but no replacement . I resorted to my credit card company to reverse the charge. I will never buy from CVS again: no customer service, took my money but sold damaged card, and terrible manager attitude. There are plenty of alternatives, stay away from this CVS.

I don't have any problems here. If i want a new prescription that they don't know about, and i have to wait 30 min, there is lots shopping and food in the area that i can use while waiting. I recommend La Fiesta Mexican Grill, if you have to wait. Or, Mountain Mike's Pizza, if you want to watch sports.

The CVS Rancho Santa Margarita location is very well organized with helpful staff and a super clean bathroom. The manager helped me figure out how to use the coupons on my app. My mom lives near here and I'm so grateful she has a good CVS to go to. These days, it's rare to find a clean bathroom in a retail establishment and also people who will help you. The staff helped me locate some items I couldn't find. Me and my mom will be back here!

I know there's mixed reviews on CVS, but honestly, it is my go to place for my medication, and for a little odds and ends that I may need. He just really need to keep up with the coupons and if you have the app even better! I would never purchase anything full price here without using the coupons because that's what makes it, more of a deal on top of the discount. Without a coupon you will pay quite a bit more. Never had an issue with the employees, have all this and very helpful and accommodating.

My most recent experience at this location was very positive. There is a new store manager, Manny. This was so refreshing after the last store manager. Manny was very helpful & pleasant which is such a nice change. Hopefully this store will be able to succeed.
