I was in town for my daughter's volleyball tournament and had a couple hours to myself so I looked for nearby cigar lounges and Cigars By the Lake came up with great ratings. I can confirm that they are warranted. Sean was extremely welcoming and the shop is fantastic. They have an extensive selection of cigars to choose from and they are reasonably priced. The lounge is very comfortable and well appointed. All the regulars made me feel welcome. If you're in the area I would highly recommend a visit.

Awesome experience! We got into talking about and I mentioned a recent favorite film - Sisu. Sean went ahead and whipped it right up on the big screen. Thats what I call customer service!

Cigars on the lake is the best neighborhood cigar shop in the area. Great selection of cigars in a large walk in humidor. Cigars are fresh and you can find all your favorites. Cigar lounge in the back to enjoy your Cigar. Cigar lounge has tvs to watch sports.Shawn is very knowledgeable about cigars and can help you find your new favorite cigar.Their prices a great compared to other cigar shops or liquor stores.

Went in this cigar shop to get some info about joining the yearly club membership and grab a cigar. A very nice old man started conversing with me, almost sold the yearly membership. Then walks in the owner, Shawn. He was not pleasant at all and waived me off like a fly. I still bought a cigar. I'll chalk up the owner's unpleasantness to him having a bad day. I'll be back to give this place a second chance.

First time in this establishment and it was a very nice experience! I picked up an A Fuente Rosado Sungrown Magnum! The gentleman helping me out was very nice and knowledgeable about their products. They have a lounge area where you can sit and enjoy your purchases or you can just become a member! So glad I was able to stop by!

My husband walked in to buy a birthday gift for some friends and said he needed some help picking out some good items. The first person said "I don't know anything about cigars, let me get my boss." While he was looking around, he found something and said he would like to get a box of cigars. They said it was not available for purchase. The "boss" said he would need to ask his boss if he could sell it to him. But that "boss" was not available to be reached. What else is there to say? If two people can't help you, what else is there to do when you don't know much about their inventory?

Just recently found this place and I am so glad I did! Great selection of cigars and the owner Sean could not be a nicer man. Very welcoming to my wife and I every time we come in. A true gentleman that really knows his stuff when it comes to cigars. Highly recommend stopping by and experiencing this shop.
