The tellers are nice but….. I own a business and bring them checks that they hold for days and days. I went in and asked if they had cleared the bank, they said sure the funds are available…. But they weren’t released. Then I call to complain. Of course no answer. They lost my business forever!!!

Run the other way, holy shit. Called to ask a very basic informational question. Spoke to a rep named "Marsal Solis." She seemed rushed, confused, confrontational, and hung up the call when I was in the middle of speaking.

Thanks to this branch, signing up for a business credit card became a nightmare. After 30 minutes of trying to complete my application, Mary said I couldn’t proceed without my business partner, offered no other suggestions or solutions other then, ‘try Wells Fargo’. I had no idea I could have applied for the credit card online because she never mentioned it. Luckily, I went to a different Chase bank where someone else took the time to help me. I will never go back to this location and highly suggest taking your business-related inquiries to a different branch.

If you are a small business, bank elsewhere. The level of incompetence at this branch will put your business at risk. There is no customer care on resolution, after being here for 1 month, we are switching to Wells Fargo.

No one ever picks up the phone no one, and yet when you stop in the branch everyone's just hanging out talking to each other ....nice!!!!

I just got an account opened as I am 18 and wanted to switch from Wells Fargo. The woman they sat me down with was about to go on her lunch break, so she was already irritated when it came to helping me. She ended up telling me that she thought that we were only there for a credit card application, that's why she took me. There was something wrong with what she did and we had to sign everything all over again about 4 times, which took a lot longer. This was on November 10. My card would arrive in 14 days maximum. I got the card December 10, THAT IS 31 DAYS. By the 24th day I called customer service. They informed me that my card hadn't been shipped and that they couldn't place an order themselves because your account must be 30 days old to confirm such things via a text they'll send. So I went to the bank. The same woman helped and remembered what happened she told me she must've not put the order and she would put express shipping and it would arrive in three days maximum. It didnt arrive. I called customer service, they informed me that it should have been put on express due to the inconvenience but it was set on standard. They said they'd put a note on my account and I could try to go again to the bank ask if they can perhaps change the shipping. Or at least get some sort of compensation for the extreme inconvenience. So I went again. I explained to a man that was working about how inconvenient it was for me. As I am a college student, I need a card to pay gas, classes, and it's the holidays I need to buy gifts online and I was not able to. I was never rude to anyone as I know how it feels to get the heat for just working in a place that you have no control in. But the man was extremely condescending. He told me he had never heard of some sort compensation for waiting. That it was going to arrive me anyways and that I should just wait for it to deliver. If I wanted to talk to someone I'd have to wait until later in the day. I don't know if it's because I am young, I read a review that seemed to revolve around race, I am a dark skinned Latina but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, or if it's because I am in my work attire, and it is the "Coto de Casa" bank. But every interaction I've had with a worker, they seem to be irritated with me, rude, and overall I feel belittled. Calling customer service overall was very helpful as they are not these employees from this branch. My boyfriend lives in Misson Viejo and uses Chase banks there and he's told me that he's never experienced anything like that. And his account was opened as a minor. It seems like it's a problem this branch has.

Agents don’t know the regulations or how to do their job. Went this morning to Chase RSM with my mom to open a joint account. The banker who supposed to help us very elegant with a Tory Burch purse and a brand name sunglasses on her desk. Met us with a smile and asked about 2 IDs for me and my mom. My mom has a green card and she said that she cannot help us because she doesn’t have a proof of address. I told her I can get her medical insurance document or bill or immigration papers with her name and my address because my mom is living with me. She said she cannot accept it and she cannot open a joint account and that I have to go to another bank because chase is so restricted. I went to Chase mission Viejo, and to our surprise they did the process so smoothly without asking about any address proof for my mom. I asked the lady who was helping us if she needs any documentation she said No because your mom has a green card!!I don’t know if the Tory Burch blond lady in RSM is a manager or just an agent but Shame On Her!!!

Always got good service at the bank but recently tried their JP Morgan guy for some investment needs and the guy who is nice seems lost and unable to get anything done internally over the past couple weeks. He says it's system problems but after more than two weeks I'm just saddened and we are forced to take our business elsewhere

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! I have been banking with this institution for a little over 3 years now and have had my employer direct deposit my checks straight into my account with no issues EVER...until today!I went to my local Chase Bank here in RSM and it was thee final straw that broke the camels back so to speak. I AM DONE w Chase forever. They would not even allow me have $20 back from a check that is just under $3,000. I have a history with them, I am in great standing, have had my employer direct depot my checks for years and I cant even get $20 while the rest of the funds are verified or on hold till it hits my account tomorrow or Monday the following business day.My own bank instead of giving me $20 of my own hard earned money advised me to maybe go to Bank of America where they would charge a $10 fee to cash my own check. It blew me away that they instead of giving me $20 of my own money, not on a loan obviously, they would send me to their biggest competitor to do my banking business!? Insane!!!I am writing this just put it out there incase anyone in my shoes decides to go to Chase bank here in RSM only to find out the institution you have had a relationship with for years is gonna turn you around and suggest you go else where.CHASE BANK yes they are good if you are getting back on your feet and you need to open an account so you live in the year 2022 however it comes at hefty cost. YOUR TIME, YOUR ENERGY, YOUR EMOTION, etc...you will pay Chase with that form of currency.ALL IN ALL...if you can....go anywhere BUT Chase, please!
