I was debating whether or not to leave this review. I was there Friday the 15 and there was an employee/cashier with long pink hair . She was very rude on how she spoke to me and other customers. I almost walked out and left my shopping cart. I really liked this location it was very clean but not sure I will come back because of this employee. Maybe she was having a bad day but no need to talk down to paying customers and then talk shit to the staples employee that went thru her line.

Very good experience, we had help, I couldn't get my discount coupons on my phone, and they very kindly helped me and if I got my discounts, they are two ladies, thank you very much for your service. It makes a difference to be a satisfied customer

A favorite for basic everyday items. They also have some nice home furnishings, including some nice brand names at reasonable prices. As a homeowner, I now have to find unique ways to save money and get the things I need. This store helps me reach those goals.

Like the store and the staff always friendly. However sometimes hard to find someone to help me with any questions. Inventory is pretty good at this location and always find good deals!

Always like going to big lots. Friendly staff and some interesting finds. I usually find a random thing that I've been thinking about or needing, but has been harder to find elsewhere. Definitely recommend for niche items and even some standard goods.

I bought a couch yesterday had it delivered, when we got it in the house we noticed one of the arms on the couch was broken. We called the store immediately and spoke with the assistant manager and she was completely rude. Should not be in customer service at all, told us to bring it back (which we can't hence the reason it was delivered) and we could have the floor mold that was completely dirty. Umm no thanks. Then she said stated well I don't know what you want me to do. And then told me the store manager would call me back. Just to find out he's not even there today I just want the couch I purchased and not a broken one
