“Pure Ride is everything you'd want in a local bike shop! They take the time to learn about your needs, discuss your options, and find a bike that's right for you. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy. They cost a bit more than a big box store, but you get what you pay for. Alternatively, you can order a direct-to-consumer bike and arrange to have the fine folks at Pure Ride assemble and test it for you.”
“The best bicycle shop that I have ever had work done. My 34 year old bicycle (Cannondale) needed a lot of work. I took it in and they were candid with me and even recommend buying a new bicycle. I love this bike and did not want to replace it and I asked them to do what needed to be done to get it back on the street. They had it for a couple of weeks and then called me to come and pick it up. I was blown away at the work done. My bike looks and ride better than when it was new. Thanks guys.”

“Juan was super helpful in lacing my E-Bike conversion hub to a front rim I had bought. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on what spokes I should have to support the weight of the hub. He was fast, although it's a week turnaround for wheel rebuilds, he did mine in 3 days since he knew I was going out of town. I would definitely recommend Cyclepro. Thanks Juan!”
