I frequent this store often and the gals in here are just so nice. I am sad to say I think I'm done. Rewards are really not a reward. I spent over 100.00$ . I had a coupon . Girl rolled her eyes. No hello when I entered. Blonde gal with long hair in the front. Maybe I reminded them of someone they didn't like. The lady just gave me my items. I said thank you take care. Lady no answer. I took my 3rd grader here immediately after a rough dentist visit (she has severe anxiety about the dentist and had to have a cavity filled AND a difficult baby tooth extraction). The dentist office gave her a little plastic tooth-shaped container on a string to hold her extracted tooth (to save for the tooth fairy). She loves new lotions and shower gels so Bath & Body Works was a great reward for being so brave at the dentist! While we were checking out, the tooth necklace came untied and she accidentally left it at the checkout counter. She didn't realize her mistake until a couple hours later, and she was very upset. It seemed unlikely that somebody had found a tooth on a string (ew) and done anything other than throw it away, but I picked up the phone and called the store to check anyway. To my surprise, all I had to say was "we were there earlier and my daughter left her tooth-" and the employee on the phone immediately said "Oh yes! We have it!" we were able to swing by later and my daughter went to the counter where a kind employee retrieved her tooth necklace from the register. Not only were the employees helpful and friendly while we were shopping, but they went above and beyond by holding onto my daughter's little trinket for her after we left.

These ladies are amazing! I was literally rushing to get there before they closed as today was last day of the candle sale and long story short, I called and asked if they would mind PLEASE pulling me the 2 candles I was hoping to get on sale.. They did it with a smile thank you

7/8/22 1:30ish The most discriminating, uncomfortable and overbearing, unfriendly and unprofessional customer service I’ve ever experienced at a BBW. I only stop in at the annual sale times so I had no problem walking out without a purchase.

Still one of our favorite stores throughout the years! We love most of their scents. Today we came for some hand soaps and some wall scents!This location was just renovated, it is a bit bigger than before and they just added the wall scents too.Staff is always helpful, they know all the shop’s specials like the back of their hands lol. Needless to say, we have always had a really great experience at this location!Parking situation it’s ok, depending on the time end day that you come. It usually get busier in the afternoons, specially on weekends!
