Recently visited in April 2024 and staff was so helpful with notary and shipping requests. I rarely deal with mail services but AIM RSM explained everything and were very friendly. Will go back.

Sheila was extremely helpful in getting a document notarized and scanned for submission. She is extremely knowledgeable and her customer service is top shelf! We had a wonderful experience and I will not hesitate to utilize the AIM mail center in RSM in the future!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT - what a change!!! The very aura of the place has changed from TIRED to LIVELY....went in for Notary service and met the new owner. Quick and efficient service. I made a blunder with the paperwork and the owner came up with an ingenious solution and got things sorted out in an instance. Good old customer service. Well done....

This store has been a staple of the RSM community for decades. I’ve been coming here since the 90’s and it’s been solid every single time. The new owner is super friendly and recently updated a lot of their systems to add even more value to the store.
