I come in here at least once a week and have been for years. I’ve never had anything but kind and efficient customer service. It baffles me why the ratings for this location are mixed.

Terrible service. My package was dropped off 3 days ago but the workers refuse to go look for it. I've been coming back every day and each time I hear the same thing - just finished processing packages and didn't see it, come back later. You'd think thank in Rancho Santa Fe they'd care for customers more
