Never had a bad issue here and my PO Box has been there for almost a year now. They are pleasant to deal with and any shipping needs are easily done.

BEWARE. IF YOU HAD DOCUMENTS NOTARIZED BY GABRIEL RENE MEJIA BETWEEN 2016-2020, PLEASE KNOW THAT THOSE DOCUMENTS WERE PROBABLY NOT NOTARIZED BY A REAL NOTARY PER THE CALIFORNIA SECRETARY OF STATE. IT IS SCARY TO THINK YOU CAN TRUST A STORE-FRONT WHO EMPLOYS A 'NOTARY', HOWEVER, MR. MEJIA FAILED TO COMPLETE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO BECOME A COMMISSIONED NOTARY. FROM WHAT THE CALIFORNIA SECRETARY OF STATE SAID, HE (MEJIA) DID NOT TAKE THE OATH OR HAVE A BOND. AT LEAST, HE DIDN'T IN 2019.

The employees are hit or miss they will laugh at you in front of you very unhelpfulYou can find better prices others places, and the parking isn’t good people park right in the street in front, which makes leaving dangerous

Great alternative to the RSF USPS. So happy we chose to set up a box here. Rarely do you have to wait in line for packages- they know all of their customers and hand you your packages even while they are helping other customers. You can do all your UPS, USPS package drop-offs too. Excellent, friendly, and efficient service!

The Parcel Place is great. They have taken care of all of our shipping needs for years and are very helpful whenever I need extra help or information.

This is our experience with The Parcel Place (others may have entirely different experiences): 1) Mailed an expensive TV (UPS), didn't take a receipt (our fault); and, then the receiver never got the TV. Zero tracking information available after dropping off the TV. Where is that TV? We have our own ideas of where that TV ended up, 2) San Diego County mailed multiple tax bills to us, not a single one was forwarded to our new PO Box at the main post office, in fact... nothing has ever been forwarded. Now, over $2K in delinquent taxes have become our problem. Spoke to the Manager and he said... "there's no way to prove we didn't forward your mail". There is a common denominator here. Once we canceled our PO Box... nothing got forward to us. We've lost thousands of dollars in material items, and now we are responsible tax delinquency all because State Government communications mailed to our Parcel Place address did not "find" our PO Box (forwarding address on record) across the street at the US Post Office. Hmmmmm.... Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out folks. Again... these are the facts from our experience. We hope this information is helpful. You of course have to make your own decision on using The Parcel Place, or not. We will never consider them again, or ever do any business with them. Thousands of dollars lost and hours on the phone trying to correct issues due to mail "disappearing" after it was sent to our old Parcel Place PO Box. P.S. It appears that the "Owner" of Parcel Place has a habit of responding to perceived negative reviews and attempting to explain away their contracted responsibilities. Not a good business approach (in our opinion). An apology, some sincere effort to help in these situations, or even an ounce of effort to make things right might be perceived as a more appropriate and professional response.

I called to see if they received Fedex packages. When I got there, they said that they did not accept the label. I would not recommend going to this place as they are unethical. One person there told me he was the owner. I highly doubt it.

I had a few returns to ship out and conveniently found this gem in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe. Normally, I had been making stops at USPS, FedEx, and UPS on the same day which are not so nearby, but this makes it a one-stop-shop to get all mailing needs taken care of. The customer service is impeccable, it's always a pleasant visit :)

This place is incredible. The customer service is SUPERB, and my packages are always cared for with the most diligence and care. Seriously, stop messing around with the post office and just hop on over a block to this spot - you'll save money, time and enjoy the folks working there too.
