I sincerely believed that establishments with a personal touch were a distant nostalgic memory... but this pharmacy changed that belief. Jason and his team are professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Their service is absolutely fantastic and they manage to go the extra mile on every ask. I appreciate the transparency, the support and the patience this group offers. Jason from RSF Pharmacy was fantastic. He went above and beyond to get me the best rates on my prescriptions. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would use them for all pharmaceutical needs!

Jason and the rest of the pharmacy staff go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. They also offer a cash discount that really helps when medications start to add up. I highly recommend Rancho Santa Fe pharmacy.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would! Just when I thought mom and pop pharmacies were a thing of the past, I discover this rare gem of a pharmacy. I filled my prescriptions here while going through a particularly difficult fertility procedure. Anyone who has been through fertility treatment knows you have to take A LOT of medication. My questions were thoroughly answered, and I always left feeling confident in managing all my medications. They also have good prices (on par with other discount pharmacies), but what really makes them stand out is the care, compassion, and attentive service they provide. The staff always treated me like a member of the family! They are lovely people, who genuinely talk and connect with you as a person, not just a number. They are such a bright spot in my health care team. Seriously, when I tell you this place is the real deal, I mean it. I gladly travel 30+ minutes to fill my prescriptions at RSF Pharmacy.

I'd just like to echo some of the other reviews I've read on here. We had an issue receiving our medication from FedEx. My wife emailed them and we received a call back after hours that evening and the issue was resolved immediately. They show a level of care that is so rare today and missing from all big box retail pharmacies. We are beyond grateful for the help and attention. We will undoubtedly use RSF for any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone in need of mail order medications. Great job to the team at RSF and thank you!

Jason and his staff are the support team you need while going through IVF. Brian takes the time to explain every injection and medication and makes sure all of your questions are answered. He always reminds me that if I forget or need help during the shots just to call and they'll be there to help. I emailed them one evening around 9:30 and Jason called me promptly after to follow up. It wasn't an emergency but he still took my inquiry as serious as if it were. They have always filled prescriptions very quickly when needed. Sometimes you get little warning as to when you need to do your next shot and they are on top of getting the medication to you ASAP so you don't mess up your cycle. This has been my experience, the whole team has been amazing. They are so kind, dependable and helpful. Thank you RSFP!!

Received recommendation from my IVF team to contact Rancho Santa Fe since many of their patients have had positive experiences with them. After checking prices with multiple locations, I did end up going with them, and have been ordering medications from them for awhile now - including refills, syringes, sharps containers, everything. (It's a long journey). They have always been so kind and helpful, and Shenna is amazing to work with. During such high stakes process, I have always felt confident ordering with RSF.

I wish i could offer RSF Pharmacy 10 stars, specifically for Gardenia ... she is an actual Angel. Going through IVF & infertility has been an emotionally challenging time for me , and making sure I have my medications and expenses covered has been challenging as well. Gardenia has been my calm through all of this. Ensuring my medication has been correct and up to speed .She has answered all of my questions(and there have been MANY :) and always gets back to me in a timely manner . IVF and all that comes along with it ,is new to me & Gardenia has been amazing .I have never had this kind of customer service and wish more companies/pharmacies were like Rancho Santa Fe pharmacy going above and beyond for their patients. If you are looking for a pharmacy while you are going through the IVF process, I couldn't recommend them enough.

Jason and his team are the best. It was my fault that I missed my medication package delivery, Jason and his team helped me to get my new medication package on time even though the time frame was really tight. I would highly recommend RSF to other patients who going through infertility. I understand the infertility process quite stressful and RSF will be there to help out.

This pharmacy is simply amazing. If I could use this pharmacy for all of my medications moving forward I would. My IVF medications did not get delivered to me on time due to a FedEx error. I called this pharmacy and they helped me arrive at a solution so that I would get my medication by the time I was due to start them. I was quite distressed when I called and Jason was so caring over the phone. He eased all my worries and fixed the situation. If all companies were like this one the world would be a better place. Thank you Rancho Santa Fe Pharmacy!!
