As with all exchanges being on federal property there is no state tax so if you find an item at the same price as outside you are getting a 7.75% price break but it is important to know what you are buying so that you can compare prices to determine if this is the best price possible. Overall they have a good selection and very helpful Representatives.”

“Since Pharmaca closed I’ve suffered through the CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid’s non-care care. When I found Jim & Adam at Carlsbad Village pharmacy I felt so relax, well cared for, remembered, accommodated… as one should be. These big companies are just not the right fit for me. Jim & Adam have a loyal customer in me even thought I drive about 20 miles round trip to enjoy their services. Good Job guys and staff!?❤️”

“Not a Ralph's shopper but make an annual visit for the DMV kiosk in the store. Quick, easy way of paying your car registration renewal and getting the sticker instantly. There is a 1.75 % fee if you use a card but totally worth it if you've waited till the last minute. Kiosk also accepts cash.”
“Just got done switching all my prescriptions, I have 5 or 6, to El Norte from CVS on a recommendation from my wife. I had been picking up hers for about 6 months there with ZERO ISSUES. There's enough bad press about CVS that there is no need for me to jump on. The CVS at El Norte Parkway is drastically understaffed! When I go in to pick up scrips at El Norte, they know my name! It's a small shop, not open 24 hours or weekends but the good outweighs this inconvenience at a dramatic level.”
“I highly recommend La Jolla Discount Pharmacy. The owner, David, went out of his way to find a medication prescribed by my fertility doctor that he did not currently have in stock. Including visiting multiple pharmacies to pick it up for me. David spent time reviewing with me how to use the meds and provided his number in case I had any questions, especially after hours. The pharmacy has demonstrated that they care about their patients, and their actions prove it. Don't hesitate to take your business here.”
“Awesome care. Amazing team. Dr Maii and her team has been a God send for me and my medical needs. As an elderly woman, her professionalism, medical knowledge, and care has been nothing I have ever encountered before. They take care of me. Call my doctor when needed, get my prescriptions covered if they were not, point out interactions and precautions. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Pls keep up the good work for all the elderly ladies in Poway and all of San Diego.”

“The people here are warm and friendly. They are responsive when you call, and it's one of the very few places left that isn't a robot menu when you call. That means a lot to me. They have done primarily mail order/courier delivery for me over the years. I was skeptical of them at first, but was pleasantly surprised. This is a good example of a customer-centric business! From making the appointment to the easy-to-find and convenient location (just off Mira Mesa Blvd.). The receptionist and nurses were friendly, helpful, and caring. The whole experience took less than 15 minutes. Hopefully, there will be minimal side effects. So far, so good.”
