I came in here to find a blazer for an event that I have. The lady was very nice and she was very helpful, unfortunately, her husband is a very nasty person. He's very rude and disrespectful. The blazer was a bit too expensive for me and I was honest with them about it. The husband just yelled at me and said that's the price. The lady had to hold his hand to calm down. A jacket for $680 is a bit ridiculous, because you can easily find something similar for the fraction of the price. Pants was $400, like oh my goodness. There's probably 2 reasons why nobody is at the store. 1. Too expensive 2. The man doesn't know what customer service is. Please save yourself from coming to this place unless you want to spend $1500 for an entire suit. This man needs to watch how he talks to his customers because even if I had liked the jacket, I still wouldn't buy it because their attitude.

Gary and Bella have an eye for detail that rivals no other. If you want to look your best, in bespoke fashion, this is the place to go. The customer service is incredible, and very personalized. I refuse to visit anyone else.

I live in close proximity of this business and I have been gone here for over 10+ years however recently over the past 68 months I have experience a decline in the service did you claim in the style of clothing the limited selection that they have I gave them over $1500 to order a suit and then I receive a LL phone call or text saying that the design or manufacture no longer Mesa suit if that's the case why would it take my money in the 1st Pl., I'm very disappointed in this business so I think my phone will lawsuit me my turn to weighing the options this Monday after the Tori Pines Alton I'm currently staying high I viewed in communicating my dispatch and not onto my credit card company but also to the owners wife Bella and she did not respond so what that tells me is that they only want my money they don't care if I'm satisfied they don't like me person and that's OK because I have all the Taylor's in the community for Rancho Santa Fe to Santa Barbara that love me love me so much that they support my water business thank you very much you have a good day

Gents, if you've never ventured in here, you are missing out. Their stuff is of outstanding quality and they will take care of you well. WOW is all I have to say and THANK you for GSB because the prices and selection is out of this world. My husband feels like a celebrity every time he puts on the clothing that I purchased for him at GSB and I cant wait to go back again because no other store in California has their selection and elegance, plus they altered and custom fit my husband size to perfection. I give them also 5 stars and I highly recommend them to everyone.
