This bank is horrible. They always have a huge line and they never have any tellers. It's maddening to come here on your lunch break and no one to help you. I work a very busy schedule and the only time I can get to the bank is on my lunch. Every single person in this line is complaining. Help!

Me & my husband walked into this bank to cash a large check of mine into his business account, the teller was really nice but once she seen how much the check was she immediately went to her manager to ask if she can cash it (which is no problem, completely understandable). Once the teller came back and told us the manager said no me and my husband were embarrassed since every one can hear and our check is legit! My husband asked to speak to the manager that denied our check to ask her what was her reason for the denial since he cashed multiple large sum of checks before. The branch operations manager then proceeds to tell him OUT LOUD she denied the check because it was a really large amount compared to how much money he has in that account (she actually said how much money was in the account which was even more embarrassing) & if the check was to bounce she can get fired! I completely understand her reasoning but to tell our financial business OUT LOUD was so embarrassing I wanted to cry, not only that but our daughter was with us, we are African American, and our check was legit! We ended up going to another branch and they accepted the check with flying colors! Really disappointed.

I am not impressed with this bank. Here is my experience. I walked in with my disabled grandfather to help him manage his expenses. We were approached, in a fair amount of time, by a woman who works at the bank. I would describe her as middle aged and middle eastern ethnicity. She immediately started by asking a condescending question, asking something to the effect of "are you sure you are in the right place because you might not need to be here, which would mean I wouldn't have to help you." For perspective, I was at the DMV just yesterday, and it took the man there all of 10 seconds to recognize when a young person is helping a disabled older relative and to pay the appropriate amount of respect to that person. The woman at the bank apparently was not trained in how to respect her fellow human. Once she invited us to her desk, the whole conversation was essentially being steered toward "fuck off because I am not going to help your grandpa get his money that he has trusted our bank with storing for him. If he wants to come back another time then we will deal directly with him because I prefer disabled elderly people than men who are in their 20s". She was visibly marginalizing me throughout the meeting, asked at least one more condescending question, and rather than showing respect for someone who is helping their clearly handicapped grandfather with things that he can't do by himself, was dismissive, not trusting, and confrontational with me (asking me questions and immediately following them up by asking me to "prove it"). The cherry on top was, on our way out, the woman told us to actually go to a different branch next time. I can't stand when business people treat folks like customers instead of human beings. I especially can't stand when their customer service is not rooted in human decency but rather in clear interest in customers who have money. Don't go to this branch, not as long as people like the woman I met with are in charge of handling customers.

Incompetent staff and S-L-O-W service and problem solvingTook over a month to track down what happened to my missing funds. And when they say they'll call you back, no one calls back.

If I could give zero stars I would. One teller and ten people in line. In addition, the bank issued me a check with the wrong name so I had to come back to speak to a manager - no manager on duty when I went the first time. Looking forward to closing all accounts with this bank.

I had an account years ago that ended up that they put a red flag on my account from a check that was concerned fraud from another party. I tried to explain but it didn't matter. I was very heartbroken because I was so happy I was able to open up account. I got letter 3 months ago from Wells Fargo on something about that time and I received a $150 check as they put it to make things right because it wasn't my fault and it was handled wrongfully on their part. I was very appreciative and it was a nice surprise. To me when a bank see's they made a mistake on their part and tries to fix it then it's a good bank to me. When I had to some other needs the teller were always nice and never issues.

Banks have become increasingly harder to work with Post-Covid (limited hours, staffing issues) but this is inexcusable. This location had no less than 5 people standing behind the glass with ONE teller helping the 7 people in the lobby. They finally had another teller assist- I asked her a question and 2 managers came to help confer with her about my question ( name change). Both managers were available to help but neither would process my paperwork. They insisted that I make an appointment (none available today)One manager condescendingly asked if I knew how to use the mobile app and told me to make an appointment there. My app was not working (thus the reason I walked in to a banking center, expecting help). I told him my app was not functioning correctly. He came from behind the glass, sat me down at a desk and had me show him the process I was using to open the app. After verifying that I could not, in fact, access my information to make an appointment, he says he will help me make an appointment. He pulls out a business card and asks me to scan the QR code for access to select an appointment. NOT the kind of help I was hoping for.I left frustrated, unfulfilled, and unable to access my money.I called the 800 # for customer service. The rep helped me make a same day appointment at a neighboring branch.I won't return to this location.

Referring specifically to the passive aggressive banker Vanessa that sits at the entry. I'd recommend possibly any other banker I didn't like her attitude and doesn't seem to have a very friendly personality. My impression was like we were a bother to her and stated time limitations because she was so called waiting on another appointment that never showed. Point blank a banker of 20 years clearly needs to reanalyze her customer service skills.

"You're lucky to get any cash back" said the manager to me after depositing a check. What kind of bank says that to someone that has been a customer since 2016?

I have been a Wellsfargo member for 14 years and this location has the worse customer service. The female employees are generally nice but the male employees don't know how to talk or show any respect and looks like they don't want to be working. They need find a job that doesn't require them to talk to people or get trained but a supervisor or manager.

I was skeptical at first with banking with Wells Fargo because of the negative publicity their former CEO Tim Sloan received not too long ago. My skepticism was even more so from personal experience, for when my auntie passed she did not publish a durable power of attorney (a legal document stating that in the event of a medical emergency where one cannot make decisions for themselves, the person will entrust someone to make all the financial decisions on their behalf) and Wells Fargo is keeping her money, not allowing it to be released to my family. So that was my disposition when I entered the bank. However, my views were totally changed when I was assisted by Ms. Vanessa. She had a long banking career and was passionate about her job. I also learned she was a business advocate (which is good because I would like to have a small business one day), and she does notary. Throughout my time opening my account, there was good conversation, all of my questions were being answered, and I felt comfortable. There really was a personal touch to this interaction and it didn't seem like banker/patron; it seemed like a meeting with a success coach eager for you to meet your goals. I highly recommend going to this specific Wells Fargo branch, nowhere else. I also highly recommend Vanessa.

This bank is criminal as #clarkhoward says all the time. They are taking advantage of seniors. So very sad. I will be reporting them.

Very bad service. Especially Allan, he said he is manger but not professional at all. I recommend not go to this Bank. I would've given it 0/5 if I could.
