Everything automated .. call and it's sounds like people on other line are in a different country.. due to their accent talking English.. call a branch message says try internet cause no one can answer the phones at a branch .. tried a few locations same message .. sure do really miss Union Bank

buyer beware. you see a us bank rep responding with 'contact us, we will help address the issue'. They don't. I have talked to the managers of the branches. They couldn't care less and offer no solutions.

Can't get into the ATM. RIDICULOUS..!!! I hate banks for crap like this. Now I have to wait in line with 8 other people who are pissed off for the same reason. F*** all banks Now in line for 12 minutesNow 16 minutes, just as I get to the teller, the other one tells us the atm is now working. Had to happen like that. And my teller says it's always had issues. And no one has ever done anything about it. What a surprise

Folks beware! The tellers are thrives at this bank branch. I went in to make a cash deposit $1300 because the ATM machine most of the time wont take multiple bills. I'm no dummy when it comes to counting my money and I pay close attention. I handed the teller the money and told her I wanted to deposit $1300, Teller: stated to your checking or Savings. ME: Checking and thank you. Teller runs the money through the cash machine. Prints out my receipt with deposit and balance. I walk out the bank get into my car and then I noticed the receipt had $1280 deposited. I was livid! Why wouldn't the teller alert me of the $20 shortage. BECAUSE the teller is stealing. This Rancho Palos Verdes branch is stealing from people and it needs to STOP!

Too bad there is no zero on this chart. I would give them less than zero. Uncooperative, rude, uncaring, unprofessional. Thieves, basically. I have received nothing but b******* from this bank. First they robbed my mom of several thousand dollars by selling her (at 86 years old) a money market account which promptly lost 3k of my moms money and refused to reimburse it after a whole lot of hassle even though selling her that account was clearly fraud. Now my incapacitated aunt who is in a lockdown Alzheimer's unit, and they refused to take her doctors certificate of incapacitation. They also let slip by 2k of money in my aunts account to an Indian casino! How does a 98 year old memory patient EVEN GET to an Indian casino!? This bank and its employees are criminals. Today, I tried to deposit CASH from a garage sale of some of my aunts things so we could put it towards her mounting care bills. They would not take CASH with a deposit slip from the actual account. Unbelievable. Banks don't take cash now? Seriously, this place should be closed by the State bank regulators. Corrupt and horrible bank. DO NOT GO HERE. You will notice it takes 30 minutes for them to make a cash deposit. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE
