Exceptional service, honest and reasonably priced. I couldn't be happier as a customer, Mike and his team are the best. I had all but given up on my 2006 Mercedes Benz C230 Sport. Check Engine code was saying it was my cam shaft positioner (my car has 4 of those) mechanic in MB wanted over $5k another told me the same in fact said get rid of it without even looking at it...Mike and his team did it for under $1300 including replacing spark plugs. It runs great thanks to him and his team I am over the moon grateful to have found a truly wonderful mechanic here in Palos Verdes.

Place got a new manager this year and everything improved. I bring my cats here each time for either service or brake repair or replace oil. They do it all quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend especially if you live in the area.

If I could give zero stars I would. I just spoke with Mike the owner last week and he apologized for how terrible the previous mechanic was and the new mechanic and customer service would be better. He asked me to bring the car in that I just paid the previous mechanic to repair so that he could fix it. I get there and no one is there. The guy at the front says he doesn't know where anyone is and doesn't think they even have a new mechanic. I call and text Mike and he doesn't even respond to me. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs.

I recently needed to get a smog check on my van last minute and Gerardo was able to finish quickly and efficiently! They were able to take me back home (about 5mins from business) rather than wait around. They gave me a call when vehicle was ready and they picked me up right away! It was so much more beneficial to use this service !! I will definitely be recommending and retuning soon (:

No ATM = SCAMNo ATM within a gas station is a scam. The owners know they can charge more for gas with credit card, so they don't keep an ATM on premises. The attendant told me I could go across the street to the 7-11, but then of course the 7-11 doesn't have gas! I won't be back till they put in an ATM.

As far as we could tell, the gentlemen here did a great job with the two cars we brought in for repair, as there were no more issues to speak of after they were done working on the both of them. This is always good news. However, since we very simply pre-requested, (and made VERY clear from the get-go), ALL parts be given to us once the cars were finished, yet only received parts from one of the cars (as parts from the other car supposedly disappeared somehow), our rating isn't as high as we initially wanted it to be.

Brought my car in for a broken thermometer and was very happy with the overall experience. Staff accommodated me last-minute, had clear communication of price and timing, shuttled me to and from home and delivered on the promise. Would def go back.

Awesome place I have seen .staff very frindly bathroom very clean and nice .also they have Mexican grill inside the store you should try it ,fresh and testy .They have mehcanic shop too . Very reasonable price and good job.

I hate getting my car repaired more than anything on this entire planet because 1. I never understand anything like what is a smog check??? Oil change??? Why??? & 2. I feel like I'm being ripped off because I'm a girl and yes, while we're in 2021, that still doesn't matter. I came here on a whim, and was kind of concerned after reading old reviews, but I have nothing but kind words after my experience. Shoutout to Gerardo & the other guys @ Granvia because you guys had me in and out within a day and you were so nice!!! I cannot thank you enough! I don't want to see you soon because that means my wallet will suffer, but if I have to then I'm happy to know I won't be dreading it. Thank you again.

My mother came in with a slow leak tire. Luckily for her, Gerardo came to the rescue. He was kind enough to show her exactly what he was doing to fix her almost flat tire, double checked it with a spray of soapy water and did this all quickly when she arrived. She also mentioned he was super friendly and helpful/ made the experience much more pleasant for someone with 0 auto knowledge coming into an auto service repair.

Went in for a smog check. Gerardo was above and beyond with his customer service. He will pay attention to remembering you and take care of all your small favors without concession. In my case, it was a blown out cigarette lighter outlet fuse. Highly recommend his services.
