“I was at this place trying to find a walking cane because of the long time injury on my left knee! I could hardly walk because it is so painful. Janet was the person that helped me. She was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She basically asked me some questions and tried to find out why I need a walking cane? She showed me quite a few canes but I didn't like them because I worried about if I tripped the bottom of the cane; that might just be worse. She suggested that I need to treat the pain in my knee and showed me a few knee sleeves. She even tried to put one on for me and asked me to walk a few steps and see how I felt. I was surprised that it made my leg felt more stable and could walk a little better. It's less painful by wearing that knee sleeve. Thank you so much, Janet! I appreciate it very much. I will wear it until I can find a good orthopedic surgeon to operate on my torn knee!”

“Absolutely wonderful experience during a difficult family time.Silas helped us to rent a hospital bed next day. Tara and Silas dropped off the bed themselves, set it up, showed us how to use it, and were out the door in 15 minutes! Kind folks who genuinely care about the people they’re helping with their products. Will be going here for all future needs :)We also called about a suction and Silas gave the helpful recommendation to get a prescription so it would be covered by insurance, even though they didn’t have the product and we’d have to get it elsewhere!”

“You don't have to be local to order from them!!! I wanted to use the company's UPS account to purchase an order, and their customer service was AMAZING! They were quick, considerate, and helpful. Not only did they figure out a way to get the order in without getting charged the shipping, but the communication and requests were just so smooth to work with! No delays or confusion!More Prepared basically has all the emergency equipment you need for your home, office, car, etc. I ordered a few missing items for our office's kits and are now just waiting for the supplies to arrive. I'll come back here to update this review if the items ordered are not as expected. MP prices are slightly more reasonable than our previous vendor too! For now, because of their customer service, I definitely recommend! :)”

“Rebecca is the one to talk to! Sweet and kind, understanding and works hard to get the exactly correct items you need. After foot and ankle surgery, it was my first time being seriously disabled. Rebecca told me what I would need after coming home and arranged to have everything delivered just before I got here. On the big order, she made sure that the pricing was as low as the company went and has consistently handled me like a best customer. Her personality, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile marks her as a stand out individual and I hope her management recognizes that with a title change and a pay raise. “GKY Dental Arts really has the right name: dental arts! I had my 2 front teeth veneers done there after a poor job done with another lab. And OMG, Ken from the Torrance lab was so amazing! I have a very complex color/shade to match, and he is a real artist! He took the time with me to really match these veneers with my other teeth: now I can smile with my mouth open without being worried people will see my 2 fake teeth! It is the place to go, and thank you, Ken, you are a real artist!”

Sarah helped me find the boot that would help just from my description of what I told her. My son walked with that boot until he could see is primary care Dr. He had actually ruptured his Achilles. “We were assigned here by our insurance company when we requested a walker. They were very responsive and nice over the phone. There was some mix up with the paperwork and the workers here were nice enough to help us contact the insurance company to fix it. In the end, we didn't end up getting our walker from here since they didn't carry the exact model we were looking for. Still, they were kind enough to help us figure out how to work with our insurance company to find another supplier. Elizabeth was the nice employee from here who helped us! Great customer service overall!”

“I’m a Vietnam vet, treated at the Long Beach VA Hospital, require home oxygen. Quest has been my home oxygen provider for the past years. They brought out a home oxygen concentrator, which they come out regularly and service. They also provide me with all the various portable oxygen tanks, different lengths of tubing and nasal cannulas or masks. They deliver to my home every Monday like clockwork. I can also call any time and request different quantities of things – like when I travel and need extra portable tanks. My rating is 10 out of 10 for this company.”
