Unfortunately the seller's agent, Sandra Hackney, listed a home in a market area that was 2+ hours from her office. She did not stay on top of things, missed deadlines, thought the close date was two days after what was clearly stated in the contract, had her seller out of contract, sent documents that needed to be signed after the closing and we recorded 10 days late, which put us in a real bind for moving in. Horrible service!

Jen Antolin leased a property I own in Torrance. I'm a real estate Broker and listed my rental on the MLS. Jen, did a wonderful job screening the applicant before showing my rental. She was very thorough and professional in dealing with. It was a very smooth transaction and I got an outstanding tenant. Thank you, Jen!!

And to describe in detail the personal experience begins with someone familiar with the San Pedro vibe and of course the housing market. They are overall a good management company, I only have a couple of qualms with them in my year and a half under their management. Their communication could use some improvement, with both their own staff and contracted workers as well as their tenants. Aside from that we have all been pleased with their services at our place.
