My husband went to this store to have watch battery replaced. ( they have a banner advertising watch batteries). Besides having a rude attitude, sales lady said she did not have equipment for a Swatchwristwatch. Why advertise, when you can't do the job, and be rudeat the same time?

I use to live in RPV, thats when I discovered Helen. She is fantastic. I now live in Irvine and I drive back to RPV for all of my jewelry store needs. Today,it is watch batteries......yes, she is that good!!!
