“I love this boutique. I try to come here on a monthly basis to see the new designs they bring in. The kids section especially is adorable and they get specialty kids brands like Mon Ami and Jellycat which you can't find at a lot of stores. Wendy always helps me when I'm there and picks out the cutest stuff for my kids, who go nuts for all the stuffed animals. Half the time we leave and they talk more about how great Wendy is and how they want to go back just to hang out with her in the store than about all the toys they just got. Even if you aren't staying at Terranea, make sure you shop around Marea. They will sometimes still have limited edition Jellycats that you can't get online! Same with Mon Ami. Thanks Wendy for always being amazing everytime we go in!!!”
“Such a wonderful bridal shop. I had a wonderful time trying on dresses and I believe I may have found the one. All the dresses are very lightweight and easy to walk in as well. Some of the best prices for gorgeous dresses.”

“Classy place, Pendleton store with very friendly staff. I was running late, I called them ahead and asked the staff what time they close they said 6:00 P.M. they asked me why I said I’m on the freeway and trying to make it before you guys close because my father in in law and I want to purchase 2 Pendletons. They said we’ll be here. It was 6:15P.M. and they kept the store. Such a great experience. Who does that? McKenna’s Sore does that! They have my business there. Going back for more merchandise. You can count on that. Love my 2 Pendletons that I purchased from McKennas Store.”
“Met Big Bert about 2 years ago. At the time we traded work and that was the beginning of a strong working relationship. Every time an idea pops in my head Bert makes it come to life. Whenever I’m in the area and have nothing to do I pop in and hang out with Bert he makes all his customers feel at home and sometimes I lose track of time, talking to him and other customers. Over time he’s even taught me how some of the equipment works and has let me make my own shirts. Bert is a good person and I wouldn’t hesitate to help him if he ever needed help. He cares about his customers, his community, his business, and most importantly his friends. Keep being the good honest person you are Bert!”

“This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”

“Jayna went above and beyond in helping me with an order. I was trying to get a sales price for something based on some online prices. I haven't encountered a sales associate at mall store or retail like her in some time! I overheard her helping an older man deciding shirt fit as well. She seems to want the best for everyone, had a positive attitude but not in a fake-friendly way. This store is out of the way for me and I had to go back twice but she made it easy for me transaction-wise and also honored an online price. She also tried to locate a sold-out item for me. I hope she is properly appreciated by her employer!”

“I truly LOVE this location and have been shopping the boutique in other location but this is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE because the ladies are sincerely really sweet & helpful when it comes to the most gorgeous and stunning swimsuits .I have purchased 10+ at other locations, but I've been consistently coming to this one because it's the most unique selection. I'm very into fashion and have shopped 3 of their stores in the local area but the suits here and clothing are super unique.I absolutely LOVE the customer service. They help you try things on when it's complex to try on. They pay attention to the details. I've bought the SPF powder which is cute for the beach as well as a collection of swimsuits and clothing that are just statement pieces.HUGE THANK YOU for always helping me look my best. I have designer swimsuits and these are pieces I also treasure!”
“SAMIRA & RENA WERE AMAZING at rue 21 . These ladies made my visit WONDERFUL. I honestly have not stepped foot into a Rue 21 in 4 years in a different state ,since previously the staff didn’t want to help or wasn’t anywhere to be found and this location surpassed my expectations. The store was well organized and clean. The fitting room was clean as well as the mirrors. I was immediately given the sales promotions and promptly given acces to a fitting room when I needed. They all were pleasant and professional!”

“If you would like the ultimate American (maybe more Californian) cultural experience come visit Hawthorne Burlington! I arrived at around 3:50pm on a Saturday and was greeted by the bouncer (loss prevention) who told me to smile for the camera before she unlatched the velvet rope (retractable partitions). Dressing rooms are no longer open or staffed but if you do manage to find a piece of clothing you like in a sea of hot mess, there are two cashiers available to take payment from people who actually decided to do a good deed today and pay the store instead of just walking out nonchantly despite the "we prosecute shoplifters" signs. Ok, here I am the sucker waiting in line to pay enjoying the ambiance of this loud ringing alarm coming from the back emergency exit, noticing the line is slowing down because we lost a cashier who went to chase down some shoftlifters (somebody pay this lady more please!) What a ride, and unlike in Disneyland Splash Mountain, I would love to purchase my reaction photo from Burlington Loss Prevention to capture memory of this epic experience.”
“Very well organized, by colors, size, and pieces. The racks feel waxed and make it very easy to go through and see each piece (plus no metal screeching). It’s nice to see the brand transparency, which are visibly labeled on the price tags. There are some cool finds if you look thoroughly, but be prepared to see a LOT of low quality fast fashion brands like Shein and Cider. Overall worth a visit!”

“The other day was my first shopping experience at Saga, after having met the lovely team back in May, having just passed by the store. I'm on my way to France this summer, and wanted to find just one perfect thing to take for the hot temperatures. I fell in love with a bunch of things ;) and bought one soft, beautiful white dress. Kathy and I had a wonderful conversation, as we have a mutual friend. I found everything about this store to be fantastic, and so look forward to returning ... even though their brand-new store is in Riviera Village, right where I live!”
