“This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”
“Staff is friendly and their cotton is super soft. They have good sales and some really cute shoe options. Their quality is not always the best, their seams fall apart rather quickly but if you get a good sale deal it's worth it.”

Kudos to the person responsible for quality control at Next Level!”
“Such a cute children's boutique. I love buying baby shower gifts here. I can fill the gift with cute clothes, books, blankets, and stuffed animals. I also enjoy buying clothes and toys for my grandkids here. Moms always love the clothes and kids are happy wearing them. The clothes are great quality, soft, and comfortable. “I made a random stop at their Manhattan Beach store (just to window shop, really) and ended up scoring some caps at the bargain price of $4. I bought everything they had. (To giveaway and all...) Caught a movie across the way and thought I'd stop here to see if they had any and they did. Bought even more. I was with my Mom and found a few things she liked. We got in line to pay, and as always, cashier asked if I was making the purchase with my Old Navy card. I told them I didn't have one. She mentioned a promo and that I'd benefit whether I get approved or not. Eh, we had time. Why not. And it wasn't long before the whole thing was over: I was approved for so-and-so amount, so I asked her to charge everything on the card. I didn't realize how much I benefitted with applying: our $130+ purchase ended up going down to $50-something and change with the discount. Super score! So glad of the stop. I will be making more stops in the future for sure!”

“Gosh I love these Terranea shops!! Between Pointe Discovery and Marea I could spend hours shopping. Such unique items. They don't overprice their items, for example JellyCat is sold at both Marea and Pointe Discovery. Most tourist shops at resorts would up charge $10-$20. Not Terranea. Same price as you would spend online to order some of these adorable toys. My kids go nuts when I ask if they want to walk around and shop at Terranea. They have such a great time. Mainly because Krystal is always so so sweet - and I love her style! Her outfits are always so on brand with the resort. So stylish. Lilly is also amazing and so sweet! I've seen a couple grumpy folks shopping in my many times visiting these boutiques and Lilly and Krystal are always so patient and kind... Terranea is lucky to have them!”
