Shoutout to Conny!! These 5 stars are for her ✨ She’s helped me a few times with my frames and I could tell you she is an incredibly knowledgeable licensed optician. A troubleshoot master.Compared to other reps in my experience, she actually knows her stuff and is kind enough to involve you in the process so you are not left with blind expectations (no pun intended). Conny is clear and kind in her explanations. It’s not customer service in the sense that she is trying to sell or even please you. It’s more like she’s good at what she does simply because she actually knows what she’s doing! No fuss, no rush. Just good work. I went back and forth two optometry spots today and was relieved Conny was in the office.Her relaxed presence is also a big plus ?Thanks girl!!

Tried to not give me a refund when their online policy clearly states refunds are available. The manager on duty apparently doesn't know the companies policies as she had to read the entire policy online before agreeing that I was right. If you didn't know then why fight to begin with? Completely unprofessional.

No idea why the bad reviews. It was easy and pleasant to find my son his glasses and order. They arrived before the date they were supposed to. Staff was excellent and professional at every turn. Highly recommend.

This review is strictly for my over the phone experience ordering my contacts. I’ve been a customer of Americas Best for 5 years and I’ve been going to this location for 2 years. Idk what this guys problem was! I called nicely just trying to order my contacts and he was so rude, not listening and being condescending. He literally made a problem when there wasn’t a problem at all. For example He asked me if I wanted my contacts shipped I told him “yes” then gives me an attitude telling me I can’t because I’m using my insurance. So idk why he even asked me *I was so confused*. I tried asking questions because I’ve never had this problem before and his tone kept getting worse.I asked for his name from another employee and she told me his name was Johnny and that he actually was an optometrist there! I was shocked.I recommend not going to this location!

Took my mom to get eyeglasses, but the eye exam revealed that she had other issues that would make getting eyeglasses pointless until said issues were resolved. I appreciate their honesty regarding the matter, and that they didn't try to get her to buy some anyway.

I usually get my glasses at Costco, big mistake switching to America's Best. It should be called America's Worst. Horrible experience. If you want to avoid a fraud don't buy your glasses/lenses here .

The guy at the service desk when I paid for my glasses was beyond rude. He acted like he was doing me a favor by helping me. He said "Be quiet, I'm multitasking" when I asked him a simple question." Low quality operation The gals at the front desk were the only friendly competent staff.

OMG this place is frightening! I went in to the store, had an exam, ordered 3 pr. of glasses...one for distance (driving) & 2 bi-focals with computer rx on top & reading rx on bottom. I finally got then a few weeks later, not the week to 10 days I was told. I took them home & found that I could not see a thing on the computer. I took them back & was told they had the wrong rx in them & they would remake the lenses. A few weeks later I got them back again & again I could not see the computer or use the reading rx. They had also remade the sun glasses. When I got into the car I could not read anything that was further than about 10' from the front of the car. They actually made me dizzy.I got fed up & made an appt. with an ophthalmologist. I found out that the prescriptions were all wrong & not for my eyes! Also they put the distance rx on the top of the bi-focals & the computer rx on the bottom. Nowhere was the reading rx. I could not believe it! To add insult to injury I got the distance lenses that change color from dark to light...dark outside & light inside. Nobody told me that they DO NOT work for driving, you have to be outside, in the sunlight for the lenses to get dark. They WILL NOT work in a car.I wrote to their corp./customer service & did not get a response. Then I went into the store & told them I wanted a refund, which I was given.It is frightening how they could mess up so badly, especially on the driving glasses. Stay away... IMHO the staff doesn't know what they are doing. This I certainly believe because the prescription was wrong to begin with & they put the wrong (maybe someone else's) prescriptions in the lenses.Stick with a reputable optometrist or ophthalmologist , not one of these "big box" eyeglass outlets.

I went to pick up my glasses today. To say the person who waited on me (Johnnie) was less than helpful is an understatement. I'm fact it seemed like it was an imposition to talk with me. He gave me the glasses I asked if I should try them on he said it was up to me. What happened to trying on to see if they fit properly or need to be adjusted. No wonder people are buying glasses on line. At least online you have no expectations of talking to a human. You lost a customer today

Worst americas best in the west, ordered my contacts on Feb 8 two months LATER STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. When I call all I got was rude employees with absolutely no idea what was going on. Only got the run around and would hang up on me when I expressed my concerns. A general manager by the name of Naomi was no help at all!Have used them before in different area codes and never had this issue these people should grab a job at McDonald's cause there obviously incompetent to be working here lol! Went to the store got my prescription, went online order from 1800-contacts had them at my home in 2 days. Absolutely astonishing how this place is ran. If I could give zero stars would :)

The person who tested my eyesight was efficient and courteous. The optomitrist was okay but seemed rushed, and he didn't go over my eye pressure or retinal image. The guy who then ordered my lens prescription at the check-out stage was extremely rude and didn't explain the pricing well. Very poor customer service. Not sure where his attitude comes from. The only "Best" part about the company name is the relative inexpensive contact lens prices. Not sure if I will return.

Very friendly and knowledge. Made the experience easy and quick. The whole process to about 2 hours: pre exam to purchasing glasses.The place has many options for frames to choose from. My glasses were ready in a week.

I was there yesterday to ask some questions about my insurance coverage and my glasses that I need to get and the young Lady at the front desk was so friendly and knowledgeable, thank you Brenda you made this experience so much more pleasant!
