My family is a loyal follower of Dr Evans for about 35 years. She has taken amazing care of my last 6 dogs during this time period. Dr Evans is hands down THE best. I drive from Pasadena to RPV to have my dogs seen by her. Dr Evans is current on all the latest studies and treatment plans. She remembers details about your pet and/or double checks the pet record. My dog is chill at this hospital. She does not get worried and is SO happy to see Dr Evans. Dr Evans always listens, doesn't rush us, and provides great advice not only as a Vet but as a pet parent herself. Would highly recommend Dr Evans!

Crappy service. Doesn't matter what time you call, the automated machine has some lazy sounding lady that always says "experiencing higher than normal call volume" no matter what time you call. Last time I walked in with my dog and had an appointment..nobody greets you or says hello. They just sit there and act annoyed at how busy they are. They wont even acknowledge that you're there. You just have to stand there and look d*** until they're ready to talk to you. They can at least say "good morning, I'll be right with you" or SOMETHING. What ever happened to good customer service or just being polite. It's simple manners. I'd love to go to another vet ...I only come here because it's 5 minutes from my house.

After multiple incidences, I can confidently say this is one of the worst vet hospitals in the area. Been taking my dog here for years. I'm done. Dr. Tran has always been nice with my pup and me, but the staff has a huge lack of: - organization - admin efficiencies - professionalism - useful or relevant information on giving references to other facilities that provide the care they are not trained to give Without a good staff, a team can't run properly. From lost surgery notes that took almost a month for them to figure out (it was completely their fault for losing the records, twice), never having realistic or more immediate appointment times, to sheer ignorance when handling incoming phone calls. Wait times just for calling them are a nightmare. There are so many other vet hospitals that are smaller, bigger, and all sizes inbetween that are much better at doing their job and providing CARE to your pets than this place. Even if it's a few extra minutes to travel for you, AVOID this incompetent hospital.

The staff at All Pets is very courteous and professional. They are very passionate about getting your pet taken care of and treated. What I really like about them is the reminders to your cell phone prior to your visit, so you don't forget. They are very thorough with your pet and knowledgeable to what may be required for your pet. I have two puppies and the staff loves them and treats them with great care. They are not expensive and their prices are reasonable. They have treated both my puppies for routine care as well as vaccinations and my puppies are healthy as ever. All pets was recommended by my neighbor and I do recommend that you stop by to visit. They have a full range of services including a grinning section, so go and visit and I am sure you will be back.

Well to start off I've brought my dog here over the past few years for checkups and vaccinations, but will no longer bring him here. The staff were very dishonest and aggressive towards my dog. We came in for a checkup and nail trim. They said they would trim his nails, but if he wasn't manageable to bring him back after medication was given to him to calm him down. They took on the job without the medication and were very aggressive towards him which resulted in them injuring his eye and the inside of his mouth on both sides. The dr came in to explain that my dog induced the injuries on himself and that the trim was on the house. The dr lied to me and only mentioned the cheek injury on one side. He didn't mention both or the eye injury. He said it was nothing. It looked like nothing because they wiped the blood so I wouldn't notice. Both the dr and staff were quick to excuses and explanations on the cheek injury, but didn't even apologize for being so aggressive towards my dog. He said my dog was too excited and caused those injuries which doesn't make sense. The next day I observed his nails and they looked the same. They didn't even trim his nails, so of course it was on the house. How could they charge me for a service that was not performed. It appears they held down my dogs mouth with hangers and ripped both of his cheeks. Now they are infected, and my dog is traumatized and in pain. I called in to notify them of my dogs condition. The manager said that I would be responsible for some of the bill, but why would I be if they induced the injuries on my dog. I don't trust them with my dog. If I brought him in again they would most likely be aggressive again. Now I have to pay to treat the injuries they induced on my dog. I rather take him somewhere else where they treat pets with care. They just wanted to get us out as quickly as possible because we were the last patients. Very unethical practices going on here. Think twice before bringing your pets here.

Ive been coming in with my MIL and her old baby for a couple months now and i cant say enough how much i love it here. The receptionists are always so sweet despite being as busy as they are, Alexandra was very tentative and helpful. The nurses are always so kind and knowlegable Amanda helped us after my inlaw's dog had a scary vet visit and surgery recently, my MIL started crying in the room while talking about her baby and the nurse was so quick to console her. She told my MIL that emergency visits are always scary but with a mom like her, her baby would have all the support she needed to recover. Ive been taking my own babies to banifield for years but i may have to make a switch to all pets

When you read a negative review against a business pay attention to it. The vast majority of people are eager to write good reviews and hesitate to write negative. Dr. Caylor you can try and reply to this review to "clean up" what happened this morning, but nothing you can write justifies what happened. The experience for me proves the prior reviews that express the opinion the vets at All Pets are more interested in billable time/services to increase their own income than they are in LISTENING to the owners are accurate. I am 70 years old I have had multiple dogs all my life. For two decades we had the best vet around. If you have a good vet you will learn a lot over the years. I learned an owner can collect morning urine in a sterile container provided by the vet's office to avoid a needle draw by the vet staff, and you can bring in the fecal sample to avoid the trauma of staff pulling a sample out of your dog. I am seventy years old, never has a vet's office told me I could not bring in those samples. Never in all the decades I have had dogs has a vet told me that the samples I provided were "contaminated." Even if a sample did get contaminated, the solution is they would charge you for another sample. No big deal. I scheduled an appt to check my dog's kidney functions since our regular prior vet put her on renal support food after the last blood panel done a year ago, I was told by the front desk that the standard "lab work" included blood panel, urine and fecal testing. I said NO, the reason I was bringing the dog in was not for "lab work" but for an old dog "blood panel" ONLY. (If they do not record why you are coming in why even ask?) The other big concern presented by me to vet: breathing problems and fluid coming from her nose the last two mornings. Although presented to her, those issues not addressed by Dr. Myers other than comment about raspy breathing that she had a hard time hearing because she insisted the dog's mouth be held shut even though I told her my dog only breaths through her mouth/panting now. Dr. Myers spent considerable time telling me everything else wrong with my dogs (2) and all the various services recommended including dental surgery and supplements that should be given and that the lab work should include a test for heartworm. She recommended flea medication which I agreed with, however, she asserted no flea mediation is contraindicated for liver or kidney issues (if you research this issue yourself you will determine that is not correct; your options are: fleas or try and find the least harmful insecticide to use on your pets.) We talked for several minutes about the BLOOD work up to do on my dogs. Never once did she say she was going to do a "standard lab work up and include fecal and urine samples." A tech took my 14.5 year old dog into the back and she was there probably15 mins. I kept asking why is it taking so long? Here's why: tech comes back with my dog worked up into a frantic state and I asked what did you do? (this dog gets blood drawn every year so no big deal). He said he did a blood draw and urine and fecal samples. I was shocked! I said I never authorized a fecal or urine test and I specifically told "them" (when I called in for appointment NO URINE OR FECAL testing!) My dog was so worked up I brought her out to the car. 14.5 years old and stressed beyond description. I went back in and told the staff I wanted my other dog brought out to me, and I was leaving. Dr. Myers came out to "explain" to me that urine and fecal samples are "standard" they "always" do them. To which I replied, 'NO!, you never once asked me or told me you were going to do take a needle drawn urine sample or pull fecal matter out of her. You are REQUIRED to secure authorization first! Thinking I was more concerned about cost than her mistake she then said, "It is cheaper to take all three. Blood work alone will cost you more!" To which i replied I don't give a

I have been taking my pets to this vet for 20 years, Dr. Caylor is AMAZING!!! I have basically taken my dog to him ONLY. I've recently had some emergencies with my dog and have needed appointments same day, which is hard to get with Dr. Caylor. I have seen Dr. Alisha Tran twice now and cannot say enough good things about her! She is caring, kind, loving to my big pitbull mix and has been very thorough in her exams. Bodie loves her! I highly recommend Dr. Tran, she is wonderful!
