Horrible service. Closed on weekends so no support while they're enjoying the weekend off.

When it works, it is adequate. The problem is lately it has been down ALOT. I depend on connectivity to work. This is not working well for me. Considering options like Starlink.

I live in rural Windsor, New York, speeds are good for rural internet. The outages on the other hand are the absolute worse. Haven’t had internet since Friday and I don’t think it’s coming on anytime soon. Just get an automated message that “they’re working on the issue” when you call. This is far from the first time I’ve went over a day without internet too. I have one other ISP on my road and if they were any better, I’d definitely be switching.

Very reliable and great service. I'm on the lower echelon of their plans, and it's enough bandwidth to watch lecture videos, conduct MS teams/zoom meetings, and to stream Netflix, ect. A bit more pricey than Comcast, but Zeta offers service where Comcast doesn't. I live in a rural area, so Zeta has really been a blessing. All in all, I'm very happy with Zeta Broadband.

Their Service is wonderful. We live in the middle of no where amd have always struggled with Internet service. I used to have 2 so my kids were on 1 and I was on the other for work. Now we have all of our phones, laptop, tablets, gaming on and all for 1 low monthly price

We get great service from Zeta Broadband. Every once in a while the weather interrupts service but they are quick to take care of anything within their power.

I live in a rural area where cable services are not available so Zeta has been a lifesaver for my household. It isn't inexpensive, but considering the alternative it's the best solution we have found.

Zeta has been great. We suffered through horrible service with Viasat for two years before one of our neighbors told us about Zeta. Everyone on the phone is always very friendly and knowledgeable and they’re service guys have been great also.

Zeta is ALWAYS responsive when I need help (which isn't often). The support team calls back in a reasonable timeline (longer with severe weather, power outages etc) and they LISTEN first. Ask questions afterward. When installing a new puck system they sent out techs who surveyed my property and offered options that would meet my needs, err demands! I wanted a lot of coverage and they provided it! I recommend Zetabroadband for quality, stable signal/service, and friendly staff.

I'm very happy with Zeta Broadband who took over the fixed wireless portion of Plexicomm in Binghamton one year ago. I have been pleased to learn first hand that this company continues in the same professional, professional, and reliable manner that I had enjoyed as a custormer of Plexicomm for 3 -1/2 years prior, Zeta Broadband is a great alternative to Spectrum, offering reliable service at an affordable rate.

We have had zeta bb for over 5 years and are very happy. There have been outages here and there but they are very short. And the staff are helpful when the problems were on our end.

My experience with Zeta Wireless has been excellent! First, let me say that I am commenting from Zeta Wireless's Binghamton, NY market. I can say they are extremely reliable in terms of uptime. Honestly, I never truly had an issue in terms of slow speeds or complete downtime that was a result of their own fault. There was one (1) instance in the past year where we had an unusual bad late season storm that effected large random areas of electrical service in our region and ultimately their power input at one of their remote towers. Please note, here in the Binghamton, NY ISP market; Zeta Wireless is a fixed WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider). However, I was not directly affected by the power loss at my home. When I found I had no service at the onset of the bad storm, I called their phone number; an automated message detailing the issue I very much appreciated stated their service would be back up late in the day. They were right and held their promise! I later discovered at the time of the power loss; they used a makeshift portable generator to power the downed tower even though the area the tower was located was still having no available power in the immediate community. I experienced no service interruption following the connection to the alternate power source and even once reconnected back to the main power source once power was fully restored! This shows Zeta Wireless is dedicated to getting you service and keeping it up!Using their WISP technology, I max at 10-11 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload. Let me say this… …Zeta Wireless is meant to be an affordable ISP that fits a niche for those that use it randomly from day to day such as one at a time (single user) online shopping, e-mails, research, and watch a streaming video in HD without spending more for much faster service from other ISPs if you do not need the extras or upgrades. For me it is fine for my needs. At most I can do with this service is stream one (1) TV in HD (no 4k) (using Roku) with maybe at the same instance (depending on the streaming device, app and video quality) one (1) other device accessing randomly online (no steady downloading or streaming) while not causing any issues like random freezing with the streaming HD video.Something I would like to see with my Zeta Wireless service is to expand by moving the bar to a modest 25 Mbps download speed range and increase upload speeds to 5 Mbps for the same price I pay as other ISP are consistently offering vastly faster speeds at relatively the same previous price point at their perspective tiers. This would make Zeta Wireless more competitive at their price point for Internet services in this niche market! This way I could do a download on one device and still watch a streaming HD app on another device connected to my TV without issues. If you need the access to the Internet and you are not a resource-intensive online user, but need something faster than dial-up from ages ago, for the price you pay; with Zeta Wireless you will not be disappointed!

I have used Zeta Broadband for 20 years. They have always fixed any problem I had. The technical group has even been to my house in order to get the signal right. Good communication & good customer service. Sometimes network is slow or mail is slow to populate with buffering lasting to long.

When I 1st got the internet it was plexicomm. Now that it's zeta broadband, they still kept it the same. I enjoy their internet service. Better than cable lol
