I've only been banking here at the Rancho Murieta branch for three plus years but it's ridiculous in how the manager and or the protocol here is beyond rigid. I had a check refund made to my name and my business name and they refused to allow me to deposit it to my account. it was for $37.00. I showed them my I'd and my business card as I have three accounts here. they declined to let me make the deposit!! Recently I received a call from the banks fraud department stating they detected fraudulent charges on my debit made in Mexico. I confirmed that it wasn't me. this was in November for four different charges totaling $25. I was told they card would be stopped and cancelled and that a new card would be issued. the new card never came and I just discovered the fraudulent charges were never reversed on my . so I called the branch and explained and was told by the same manager via a teller that they couldn't or wouldn't reverse the fraud charges because it was more than two months. . WTAF? now I'm arguing again with the same manager over a $25 fraudulent charge they refuse to credit my account. I'm moving my money to say the least. I have three accounts and a safe deposit box Disgusting.

horrible service, I had fraud with this bank they told me to handle it and call the places myself then come back to them and hand them the claim numbers?!

Just opened up a new account. Everyone there was super nice. It was going to take a couple hours for the whole process. They had me drop in with a couple docs. Then called me after they took care of everything for me. Everything went super smooth. Thanks guys!
