This review is long overdue. I saw a HUGE change since the new owners took over. All employees are very polite and go above and beyond. The previous owners/employees were not that great, but the new owners truly care. It makes a big difference!

This UPS store is fantastic. I would never go to another one their service is that good.

Staff friendliness and willingness to help make it an easy experience. Any time you walk in someone is immediately addressing you and ready to help make it as easy and quick as possibly.
