Surprised at all the bad reviews. I’ve only had good experiences here - better and less busy than the other branches. When I had a very complicated estate/ trust matter to deal with, a banker worked with me for 90 minutes and handled it like a pro. This is my bank of choice in the area.

Very lazy entitled bankers and tellers if you would like to be treated like a human being try a different Wells Fargo

Quite a few of the staff could care less that you are there. A big difference: They are getting paid to be there, I am not. Indifference is one of the highest traits of rudeness. To be fair, the last two visits were bearable, but nothing but the basics. This is the Spirit Airlines of banking, at this branch, anyway. Not all Wells Fargo's are created equal. A few miles away in Palm Springs, close to the historic looking B of A, is a great Wells Fargo, I highly recommend the Palms Springs Branch, NOT Rancho Mirage. The customer seems to matter at this Palm Springs Branch, which is now the only Wells Fargo I use.

Extremely unprofessional and downright flaky. Can’t be bothered to reschedule appointments when they are unavailable and make customers feel that it’s their fault when they show up for an appointment. While I get bankers are people too, and emergencies can happen, the least you can do as a branch manager or assistant branch manager is ensure any/all impacted appointments are managed and rescheduled. This is not the first occurrence of this kind of flakiness at this branch - nor do I think it will be the last.

ZERO STARS. Absolutely terrible services. This branch functions poorly, and is managed poorly. I encountered their incompetence while attempting to open a business account. Personal Banker, ALAN ALEXANDER (NMLS 1114798), and Regional Banking Manager, ZELENIA ZAMORA (NMLS 490442) essentially worked in concert to continually request greater and still greater documentation and details until I was unable to meet there requirements. Ultimately, they decided to not open a business account because one of the non-owner managers of our business was not physically present at the branch office. Our company has multiple officers in multiple states. They actually suggested that I work through their online accounts department because they have less stringent requirements. Indeed, according to Wells-Fargo online accounting there is no need for all business managers to appear at a branch office in order for a business to open a business account. These bankers simply did not care to establish a banking arrangement. They wasted time and energy, but more so, they are wasting their own competence. They clearly have no personal alignment or joy in banking. Their attitude suggests that they stumbled into this profession and they detest this situation and those clients that seek their assistance. This is where our American banking industry as moved to. Our bankers no longer care to actually work with clients and tackle their needs for banking functions. Rather they work to insulate themselves from their community. They seek the security of banking automation, and avoid any work volume that requires them to doing their own thinking.

Not recommend this branch for business and personal banking. The Branch Manager has really bad attitude, I have visited this branch 2 times and asked for help, they are not helpful, specially the management level, the other team and staff not well trained, they have to constantly asked the branch manager for different quesiotns and she was very harsh and unprofessional.

.The branch managers were rude to me and unwilling to help a customer , of 30 years with the bank. In the bank within 2 minutes I figured it out myself a bank issue. I will never go to that branch again Rude customer service. THE BANK MANAGERS In THIS BRANCH NEED FURTHER INSTRUCTION IN CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATIONS.

I took my sister in to help her with a financial transaction as she is unable to navigate financial transactions as she has dementia They assigned us to a banker and when I was asked what they could do to help us I explained my sister has dementia The banker snapped her necked and stared at my sister and only said "I hope I never get that" I have no words

This is the most unaccommodating bank I've ever been in. They have refused to cash checks written on their bank checks, when pressed they agreed with a fee. I don't understand how anyone would use a bank so non customer friendly. Seriously, any other bank offers better service.

Opened a business account here a year ago, also bank at the local Chase in Palm Desert and Bank of America in Rancho Mirage. Opened all three to see which one I preferred. The service at this location has been by far the best in comparison to the other two. Short wait times, friendly counter service, open until 6 pm. Very user friendly. Had to give a shout out- the bank industry appears to be struggling with the costs of providing good personal service to they're customers in this age where the younger generation does not care much about a bricks and mortar bank. Thank you WF for offering the best service in our area.

Wells Fargo "encouraged" us to open a savings account and a couple of checking accounts several years ago. The reason given was so "we can keep our accounts organized". What they did not disclose is that they will only allow us to make six electronic transfers from one savings account to a checking account before they start charging $15 PER TRANSACTION!!! Now that my son is in college it is easy to go past the six times limit. Their answer? "We do this to discourage you from withdrawing money from your savings account" and that it is a Federal law. SERIOUSLY???? It is MY HARD EARNED MONEY I am moving from one of my accounts to another to "keep it organized". Over 25 years banking at Wells Fargo and they keep finding ways to take money from the consumer and blame the Federal Reserve for it. Not even a courtesy credit for listening to "their advice" and opened several bank accounts. Buyer beware!! Use a Credit Union or close all but one account. This is ridiculous people!!
