This Walgreens is Wonderful, and The Pharmacist Priscilla helped me so much in an Emergency w/my Medication, I highly recommend this Pharmacy and the staff are all very kind!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PHARMACY IN THE COACHELLA VALLEY, HANDS DOWN. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, TERRIBLE STAFF. JUST CLOSE IT TDOWN.

Arrived at 9:15pm to pick up a prescription and was disgusted to see that the pharmacy was closed! This is my neighborhood store and has not had a problem with robberies or whatnot. It must be all from GREED! F you! Sad that this store used to be a comfort as they were open 24 hours

Excellent and very helpful people here at this Walgreens. Ample parking and handicapped spaces are available. This is a very clean and very pleasant store. They process your medications very quickly and efficiently and notify you by text, if you choose to do so.This store has a wide array of cosmetics, along with everything else you need. A must-stop shopping place that you will enjoy.

Stopped for a couple of FSA items and was able to get in and out with ease. Parking is plentiful and not busy at all. A couple of cashiers were available and rang up our items quickly and on our way!

Pharmacy - It appears that the staff is not properly trained. This place will have you jumping through hoops, and in circles. My prescription couldn't be filled from my other Walgreens location. I was told I had to have my doctor call it in. Ok fine. I call the office, and doctor calls it in the next day. Long story short after going back and forth with a series of error, and misinformation suddenly my order disappears from the website. I call and have the frustration of speaking to a Pharmacist who says she wants to ask me questions. One question was why I would need to fill at this location. I am on vacation! This Pharmacist suddenly tells me I am not filling your prescription. You are from out of area. I can not do that. I must be some type of criminal attempting to get a prescription refilled that my Doctor prescribed. I told her that if this is the case then why on earth would I have to have been dealing with this all week? Obviously...these people are not trained. However...I called my home Walgreen's, and this is a lie. My RX can be filled. I just can't have any open RX anywhere else. Long and the short of it. This pharmacy is pathetic. Question me like a criminal. Never will I shop your pathetic store.

I am from out of town and went to this Walgreens to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy chain. It was for a refillable topical solution prescribed by my dermatologist that I left at home. They took home Pharmacy and insurance information and explained that it could take 24 to 48 hours. They contacted my home Pharmacy and the prescription was transferred and filled within the same day. I made the request around 11:00 AM and the prescription was filled by 5:30 PM. The staff was very pleasant, cooperative, and exceeded my expectations since the prescription was filled in less than 24 hours thank you.

If I could give this pharmacy a minus 10 I would. Nasty staff, inefficient, had to wait an hour and a half for a simple flu shot. DON"T ever go there.

THE FACT THAT IT HAS BEEN THIS WAY FOR MONTHS TELLS ME WALGREENS DOESN'T CARE ABOUT US, OR THE BUSINESS!!!!! i HAVE TRANSFERED ALL OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO AMAZON FOR HOME DELIVERY!!!!

THEY ARE NOW CLOSED EVERY WEEKEND
HOURS ARE SHORTENED TO THE POINT THAT I WAS RACING ACROSS TOWN TO GET THERE BEFORE THEY CLOSE SO I WOULDN'T GO WITHOUT MY HEART MEDICATIONS.
DISGRACEFUL WAY TO TREAT THE RESIDENTS IN RANCHO MIRAGE, THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!
YOU CAN NOT MESS WITH PEOPLE'S MEDICATION!!!!
DONE WITH THEM!!!
