Honesty and Integrity is the only way to describe the staff at this dealership!Jason, Jamie, Elaina, Phillipe !I am 65 years old. I bought many cars over the years my only go to dealership! There are competitive, but most of all the integrity. You just don’t find that in this day and age the best dealership I’ve ever experienced!I live in Las Vegas and will make the journey to Palm Springs every time for there dealership! The best!Not to mention one stop shop for Lamborghini McLaren Rolls Royce my three favorite brands!10 Star!

I have purchased many luxury cars and been to many dealerships, and I must day that my experience at Desert European Motorcars I'm Rancho Mirage was the best! Todd was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us the cars we wanted to see and answered our questions. They have a big inventory of ultra luxury cars and we found the Rolls-Royce Ghost that we love! So, thanks to Todd and Danny for making our dream come true to own a Rolls-Royce...

I brought my RR to have them fix a gas leak on Monday. Was told they would get it up on the rack on Tuesday. Come Friday it still was sitting there so I towed it out to tow to LA. There seems to be no one in this valley to fix Rolls. I would never deal with them and the way they handle high end customers is terrible. Do not use them. Their service is beyond bad.

It’s a tough time to buy a new car. Inventory is scarce. The dealer struck a fair compromise and the deal made me feel good. Honestly, they have treated me well on two new Rolls Royces and one New Bentley. I would recommend them.

Dennis from Rolls Royce of Palm Springs came picked up my Rolls & did an excellent job in fixing it. I had not driven my car for 10-15 years- it needed a lot of work- they did a great job! I will use these guys forever to service my car. Very friendly service!

Their cars may be nice however the way they treat employees is not. This location specifically as well as other locations owned by Indigo Auto area their employees very poorly. Especially during this pandemic, I would advise taking your business to another company that actually cares about the employees rather than just money.

Indigo Auto Group's Land Rover and Jaguar service department in Rancho Mirage is the worst service department I have ever had to deal with... I leased my second Jaguar there, and had so many problems with their service department, I leased my third Jaguar in Riverside. Unfortunately 3 months in, my diesel engine light came on. I live in Palm Springs, CA so the Riverside dealer is over an hour drive, so I thought I had better take it in to the Rancho Mirage dealer. They found the additive was low, and although my 2017 Jaguar is "supposedly" maintenance free, they charged me $60.00 claiming it was between services. I have had such a bad history with them, I just paid it. My next service I took my car to Riverside and the service was great. My car, once again had an engine light on, so I took it to Rancho Mirage. It was an easy fix, but they convince me to have my 10,000 mile check (even though I had less than 10k on my car). After I picked up my car they told me I would need to bring it in at 20,000 miles. At 20,000 miles I called the service department in Riverside to find that had been bought out by Indigo Auto Group. There was non longer any advantage to trekking all the way out to Riverside so I called the dealer in Rancho Mirage and explained what the service writer told me. The women I spoke with told me that yes she found the note in my records and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told it was too early for my service (interesting it was never too early for my previous jag that did not have free maintenance). I explained the situation and was told she made a mistake. I told him I also had a rattle in the front dash, and he told me that it would be $200 to diagnose the problem. That was it. Unfortunately Riverside and Palm Springs are the only two Jaguar dealers less that 2 hours away, so I will be forced to service my leased Jaguar with them, but I assure you when my lease is up, I will never buy or lease another Jaguar.

I had an almost perfect experience at the Porsche dealership in Palm Springs. My salesman, Polo, was attentive and knowledgeable and he made my experience a pleasure. His follow up has been terrific as well. The only downfall was the long wait to close the deal. However, once it began, the closing went very smoothly. I have now had two good experiences with this dealership.
