I appreciate the gentlemen that worked with me on getting my belongings out of my mothers storage. I left the valley in the middle of my mother moving & she had to place a few items in a storage at this location. I'm an Esthetician student & my kit was opened when i retrieved my belongings I'm also missing a bag that had personal belongings inside. My Mother is missing her hat collection & a few brand new purses. I wasn't up to date with what was going on with the storage & my mother has been in & out of the hospital getting blood transfusions. I'm more upset that my stuff was being rambled through & I have missing items. There hasn't been any missed calls or emails about the unit. Overall I wouldn't recommend. I also feel like the gentleman only let me get my belongings for free because he rambled through picked out what he liked & then saw that there was nothing really to auction off. Thankful to have my stuff but also upset that i am missing a whole bag of personal items.

This is THE BEST storage facility in the entire Coachella Valley! They treat my girl & I like royally with any & all of our storage needs. They are very respectful & accommodating! We love them & you know, happy wife, happy life! They keep the grounds immaculate & they're nice enough to let us use a little cart or dolly to help us move in. They're prices are lower or comparable to others, but without the attitude. There's no need to look farther for our (or your) storage needs.

We had a very positive experience with Public Storage in Rancho Mirage, storing our Airstream. The facility is clean & organized. Staff was very friendly, especially Adam, who checked us in. He was very kind & helpful.
