Horrible customer service at the reception. Arrived at 11am and was told the room is not ready which is totally alright. And then waiting till 3pm while everyone else was checking in right in front of me.. and my room still “not ready”. Front desk person named Vincent just laughed in my face and said “that’s our policy”, period. Charged $500 per night for a mediocre standard 4* room and zero customer service.

Excellent place to go, surrounded by a great 27 hole golf course. The restaurant is fantastic, always something interesting on the menu, and the wait staff is very attentive. On cold nights they have several fire places outside you can sit around and relax with the cocktail of choice.

Rooms: The bathroom was in disrepair and desperately requires updating. Hotel is listed as a resort, and your bathroom was not motel worthy.Food & drinks: The restaurants and staff provided excellent meals and service.

This property is beautiful, the amenities are great for kids, the service is wonderful, and on top of it all pet friendly, what more can you ask for!

Was charged twice for our room. $580, then $490. Not including resort fee, parking, deposit which was another $200. Please don't stay here the service is horrible.Oh wait! Now they charged us 190 and 160. For no reason. Will be taking legal action against this company if they keep taking our money we don't have.

RACIST!! IF YOU’RE NOT WHITE DON’T BOOK THIS RESORT.We had several unfortunate inexcusable experiences on this property which resulted in tears more than once for me ( in 5 days). The staff at the Omni’s tennis and golf areas have no desire to accommodate resort guests and are exclusively focused on catering to the locals who are “members”, and making getting on the courts or green impossible otherwise.BARBIE N. at the tennis shop in particular did not want me on the courts and was directly discriminatory and rude, lost her temper telling me to “ just get”, and misrepresented the schedule on three separate occasions to make it seem as though any option for me to get on the courts was impossible. A truly bizarre experience!!! I arrived on Monday the 19th and each day that I visited the tennis area I was NEVER offered help booking a space or guidance on how to get the required equipment. At the golf shop after a white male worker ( bald head , beard) kept trying to “save us money” on an existing appointment booking and got aggravated when we asked why that was his focus when we already had our appointment details laid out. He had been pleasant with the older white couple in front of us in line however his entire demeanor changed when my mother and I (black women) came to check in. He insisted we were so amateur that the ONLY thing that would be appropriate for us would be essentially to play mini golf in a tiny area right in-front of the shop. Which I believe he suggested as that area was in his direct sight line from where he was at the shop desk.He even made a strange comment about us “ getting hurt” if we kept our original booking “ cause balls are flying around at 100 mph plus and could hit us in the head”.He was getting red in the face talking to us , leaning forward to speak closer to my face etc and I finally told him I was frightened by his demeanor with us and to cancel the appointment which of course he was delighted to do. No apologies , no recourse , just bullying us into stepping outside the shop and NOT using any of the services. My mom and I were in shock as we sat outside, we were finally offered a complimentary mini session by the manager of the tennis and golf shop. Although it was an attempt at customer service it came after a lot of yelling and mistreatment from his staff.THEN strangely as we are enjoying the golf course someone in the residences that border the course let out two DOBERMANS which circled our golf cart. I almost died from being so scared. In isolation that incident could have been an accident, but considering how objectively racist and poorly we were treated I do not think it was.STRANGE. RACIST atmosphere. And the attempt to save the appointment came far too late. no corrections happened in front of staff, I had to stand there and get spoken to like that even though there were two other men right at the desk as he obviously was not trying to accommodate us.On Thursday February 22nd we awakened by a loud police style knock on the door by what turned out to be hotel security. Finally he said he was responding to a noise complaint from a neighboring room. Our room was completely silent when he had knocked and so the noise complaint element was additionally bizarre and incorrect.I have NEVER had that happen at any resort, either a call from the front desk or even a call from a neighboring room would have been appropriate but NEVER someone at the resort door. It was intimidating and SCARY. And confusing that a luxury place charging $700+ night can’t figure out how to treat customers with the level of service that matches the omni brand and the PRICE.If you want to feel like you’re living in a history book in the WORST WAY possible, where you’ll be surrounded by unhelpful rude and obviously RACIST people omni Los Ranchos Palmas is the right choice. If you want an experience worth your money where you don’t have to speak to managers all day because the staff are discriminatory , then probably book literally ANYWHERE else.

Very nice hotel/resort along a good golf course. I come here every year for an industry meeting and am never disappointed. It can be a long walk from the back rooms if you don't have a car. It is worth upgrading to get to a closer room to the main complex. Always good food and service.

Beautiful resort in Rancho Mirage. Close to everything but there's honestly no point to leave the resort. They have everything you could want on property. Restaurants, Coffee shops, sports bar, pools and even a lazy river. Definitely will be back!Rooms: Rooms were exactly the level of cleanliness and luxury you'd expect from such a beautiful resort.Nearby activities: The resort is close to all major shopping and nightlife in the Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs area.Food & drinks: There is an upscale restaurant with bar, a sports bar, and a Cafe. All of these options were fantastic. The catered food was for a group of about 100 people. Having been to many such events I can say that it is hard to get really good food for so many people. This was some of the best buffet-style food I've ever had at any work event.Noteworthy details: This is a great spot for business gatherings and events of all sizes. They have multiple meeting rooms, larger halls, terraces and even a rooftop terrace to hold meetings and events. Even in the winter (which can actually be cold in this area) there was an abundance of heating lamps, fire pits and other ways to keep warm.

We came here for Thanksgiving this year with our 7 year old daughter. We had a wonderful time. There is a lazy river in the middle of the property which was heated. It was a bit cold but with the heated pool and the sun it was great. There are also two slides and a hidden jacuzzi near the slide for parents :)We didn’t realize but they had a wonderful Thanksgiving buffet at the restaurant in the resort which was wonderful. Thy even had crab legs and a whole room for the kids food. Thy had patio heaters and a great selection of deserts. We ordered room service for breakfast one of the days and the food was delicious. Thy only reason for 4 stars on the service was that thy did not bring regular plates but put everything in to-go containers which made the experience a little less nice and also not eco friendly as I personally would have liked. But other than that all the service was excellent. Oh and also thy have food service at the pool so you can order food and drinks for the parents while you watch your kid in the lazy river ?Also Mountain View’s were spectacular from the rooms and they restaurant ⛰️❤️Noteworthy details: Great Thanksgiving buffet! Both breakfast and dinner buffets great!
