This is the worst example of terrible customer service I have ever seen. Randy is a perfect example of someone who should never interface with the public. He has lied to me about when a bill was put in my box, told me to go elsewhere for my mail pick up. For a couple of days, they had no stamps! This is a mail place. He screamed at me in front of customers, told me if I paid a bill I needed to prove it to him at the top of his lungs. They are only open limited hours which means you will not get packages when they arrive.
I can't tell you how bad this place is. RUN from here seriously.

With so many mail thefts these days I decided to get a box at Post and Ship. They have not disappointed. My bf has used them since they opened and I have used them for the last year. Randy is a true professional. Always super friendly, text us when we get packages and a bright light anytime we go in. I know that my packages will be sent out correctly and don't have to worry about missing packages or letters. Thanks Randy and team!

I send mail to my sister here and they are very rude. The counter person Randy will yell at you and should not be a customer service person terrible!

Hello, I ship to my customer at this location often. Every interaction I have with your employee Randy's is rude and unprofessional. If this person worked in customer service for mere would be fired today! This is not my first interaction with this horrid person. Please take action!; he is rude and ruening your business!

Great customer service. Had to print a handful of pre-paid labels and send a few return parcels via multiple carriers. Very handy to be able to do it in one place.

We’re from out of town and had to send some time-sensitive documents by overnight courier. I was quite stressed out about the tight timeline but Randy and his co-worker handled everything so smoothly and professionally. The documents arrived on time, as promised. I’ll definitely bring my business here again when I’m in town. They’re accurate, dependable and very friendly!

They are supposed to be open till 5 and when I got there they weren’t there and there happen to be another lady retrieving her mail and said “They are never here this its ridiculous” I really needed to ship this pack it and Post n Ship failed me

I was rushing around and stopped to see if they sold stamps. Got a sheet of 20 and didn’t stop to realize he charged over $.80 for a$.49 stamp. My bad. Would not stop there for anything.

I recently dropped off 2 separate Iphones trade ins at this store. Only one phone was scanned and received by Apple..The other one is MIA....Of course I was in a hurry and didn't ask for a scan receipt. Now I'm on the hook for my missing Iphone. I will always get a scan receipt in the future!

Do NOT use this service. They did an inadequate job of packing. My item arrived broken. Why did I pay for insurance?! They take no responsibility whatsoever.

I just moved to Palm Desert 2 months ago. I don’t own a printer so I use the service of printing and then proceed to ship. This location is amazing. I’ve seen the same person every time I’ve gone and he is so friendly and fast. Great service, thank you.

I went in days before to rent a uhaul van. I had confirmation and 2 hours before they called saying the van was not available.. I was already for a planned moved. BUYER BEWARE A RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION IS WORTHLESS.

Absolutely the worst service possible highly recommend going straight into the post office not only is it cheaper to go into a federal building the people here are absolutely rude and have no idea what they’re talking about they shipped both of my packages to a wrong address and never refunded me and confuse the post office so bad with their labels they lost one of my packages absolutely the worst business I’ve ever been to

Showed up 5 minutes before close and the man who helped us out was able to get everything printed and labeled in record speed. We will be coming here for all our shipping needs from now on!
