I am so glad I popped into Patios Plus last week for furniture covers. I was pleasantly surprised by the offerings, the wide selection of sizes to fit EVERY piece of my patio furniture, the fair pricing AND the outstanding support the salesperson (Bob) provided to me. Even better, they don't just have beautiful furniture but also offer unique accessories from cookbooks, to pillows to artwork. I'll be back!!!

Why are salespeople unfriendly? What does this accomplish? Spent $1100 on two umbrellas that I had to beg them to sell to me. Try being kind, stop profiling your customers and don’t work here if you don’t want to sell your product.

We love our furniture. It's very comfortable, and I think it will hold up well. What we thought was a bit bazar was how David, the salesman, gave us a broacher almost as soon as we walked in and told us to go home and think about what we wanted before buying anything. I mean it was like he couldn't wait to get us out the door. I was a bit taken aback because we have thought about buying patio furniture for a while and we knew we wanted it. I thanked him for not being high pressure, but he made us feel as if we were unwanted at their store. We did by a patio set, it's really nice, and delivery was really fast. So over all I'm really please.

It was swell, Just the thr PD Thinks they own thing when we both Know you cant just call thrm, It takes days befote you could get them on the Phone. A Show of power is more likely!But everytime i was there it stayed Neatly before and After i Left.

Outstanding customer service with very high quality fantastic furniture selection. We went to 6 outdoor furniture stores shopping for the best patio furniture, style and prices for our backyard. The team here at Patios Plus was the best. Audrey and Wes were warm and helpful. They spent time with us to really understand our needs and wanted to see pictures of our space to find the best possible match for our patio furniture. We selected a beautiful ensemble. Super happy. I would highly recommend, we'll be customers for life!

Liz is a very knowledgeable sales woman who will gladly explain the many options you may have for your backyard. They have a huge selection of the finest furniture and accessories for your backyard and patio. My favorite is the huge umbrella that is super thick and comes with a very unique stand, including a musical light attachment.
