Suzann Seymour, our realtor is and was extremely professional, easy to get to know, and disclosed all details and information about our purchase process. We were happy to have her as our real estate agent. I would recommend her to anybody wanting to buy or sell a house! additionally, the team she worked with, gave us confidence that we can go back anytime and ask them any question at all. We felt confident that we would get the right information, the truthful and accurate information all along the buying and sales process.

We had the great fortune to work with Mike Z. Haque of Desert Cities Home on the purchase of our home in Rancho Mirage. He had been recommended by two friends who both raved about his service - and he did not disappoint!
When we began the process, we had only limited knowledge of the Coachella Valley, but provided Mike with an idea of what we were interested in seeing. Mike was able to distill our long and somewhat vague list of "wants" and provide valuable guidance as we narrowed the search. What stood out from the beginning was Mike's commitment to providing the best solution for us and not simply providing the listings for what was available. He asked the right questions, was always available and provided excellent guidance. When we found our home in Mission Hills East, the offer was not straightforward and Mike navigated the challenges perfectly and always with our best interest in mind.
As Canadians, we were new to the US Escrow process and closing process in California and Mike provided huge support. Mike even helped us secure a fantastic landscape contractor that was familiar with our community and did excellent work.
I would highly recommend working with Mike - he is a true gem
- the consummate professional and expert in his field. From his knowledge of the Coachella Valley, his analysis of the market, his commitment to his clients and the ability to handle everything step of the process seamlessly (from a marathon first day seeing 12 properties to the intricacies of a complex offer) - Mike is the kind of realtor that makes the experience fun, stress free and memorable.

Mike, of Desert Cities, is just incredible. No other way to describe him. We bought and sold houses three times with him over the past nine months, and each time our needs were a bit different. Mike was always a step ahead, anticipating what to do and alleviating any stress for my wife and I. We kept saying our realtor here on the East Coast, selling our current home before moving west, just paled in comparison to this guy. We have grown to respect him professionally and enjoyed his company on a personal level over this past year. Simply put, Mike is the best at what he does.

We had an exceptional experience with Desert Cities Homes and, in particular, Mike Haque, in purchasing our first Palm Desert investment property. Mike was able to ask all the right questions to determine our “must haves” and was able to find multiple properties that could meet our needs. He always gave us great advice and recommendations.
