My husband and I started looking for a new mattress and went into your store and Billy was there to help us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't try to hard sell us on any particular mattress but let us slowly make our own decision to which mattress wass best for us. I needed a new mattress immediately. I researched and found Mattress Specialist. The only 5-star rating I saw on yelp. I can tell you now those stars are well deserved. My experience is that I was able to speak frankly to a specialist on-site. I did not experience "upselling" or any sense of feeling like I just don't know if that's right...I felt like I was dealt with in a very professional manner and with a great deal of consideration for my time and my needs. I was provided with the information I needed to consider my options and flexibility in scheduling. I experienced above and beyond service. I highly recommend Mattress Specialist.

The sales associate truly cared about our needs- to find comfort and something affordable! Johnny was not at any point trying to just sell us the highest priced mattress and I really appreciate that. I found my mattress and it was actually fun! The associate was really great, it was our first and only mattress store we had to visit! They were so patient and not pushy at all.
