I had a fantastic experience with Phillipe helped us purchase my dream Lamborghini Huracan. At first we communicated from email then set appointment for visit, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect vehicle for my needs especially Huracan is build to order. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained the features. Phillipe's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. After 20 months wait time, I left the dealership with my Huracan and a big smile on my face. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for Lamborghini.

I had the best experience with John and Danny and I had the worst experience ever with ethen if you gonna cancel your order you will be ignored and disrespected and blocked by Ethen for being asking for your deposit refund. Unfortunately I never recommend Ethen for anyone want to be respected and treated like a customer

Great experience here as a first time potential client. Todd was our representative and he was very attentive and showed us around. Came to look at a vehicle they had to see if it was what I really wanted, but this one was not exactly what I wanted. Hopefully Todd can find the car we're looking for so we can do some business.

Even though I didn’t end up buying my vehicle from this dealership, a big shout-out to Phillipe, who was professional, explained features of the vehicle very well, and being extremely responsive to emails and text messages, as well as educating me about the vehicle in general. I would certainly ask for him for anyone looking to buy a vehicle here.

This place is where you want to visit if high end Super Sports cars is what you desire. The sales people are all first rate. Low pressure sales to. They have both new and used Lamborghinis, Aston Martins, McClarens, Ferraris, etc. Located just of hwy 111, in the beautiful and affluent community of Rancho Mirage. If you are into collecting the top European sports cars then this dealership is #1 in the desert. Well worth a visit for enthusiastic car collectors. I only can say about this place that they are true professionals, and not pressure salesmen. They are there to service you, and they also have an xlnt repair shop for those times that your car needs some TLC

The entire team at Lamborghini Rancho Mirage is awesome from the Campus Director to the Sales Manage a the Sales Specialist. They will do everything they can to get you the car of your dreams. While never feeling pressured to buy anything.A special thank you goes to Phillipe Trussell!!! He is the guy you want to handle you buying experience from start to finish. He took the time out to help me spec my car and kept me posted throughout the build and delivery process. He even got me and my wife a VIP factory tour when we were in Italy. I had a great experience at this dealership. I actually purchased an off-brand Mustang GT500 from them but this made zero difference to the service I received. Phillipe is the best and really knows his cars, his relaxed style and excellent attentiveness was great to see from the first to last interaction. Danny helped us finalise the purchase and I have to say I have not experienced such a transparent and efficient negotiation before (and I have purchased a LOT of high-end cars). Thank you Phillipe and Danny! I will not hesitate to recommend you.

Called these guys three times to inquire about a car. Every time the person answering didn't know about that information and promised someone would reach back. Never heard back from anyone. Guess they don't want the business.

Lamborghini Rancho Mirage is the place to go when you are looking for high-end cars with high-end customer care. I had an unpleasant experience with another Lamborghini dealership, and was looking for an alternative to purchase a new car. Phillipe Trussell took care of my reservation from day one until car delivery. He was always very responsive, attentive to details, and kept me updated every step of the purchase process. Phillipe knows the car very well, and made sure I understood all the specifics about the car during an in person visit 3 hours away from the dealership. I can say without a doubt this was the most impressive and seamless car purchase I could ever have. I will never buy another car from a different LB dealership.
