Love this place!! They always have great customer service and everything on there menu is so good. I have my favorites but I love trying new things on the menu, you can never go wrong. I love it all.

A juice it up lava w/ protein after the gym smacks, and the customer service here was great, in case anyone reads this review give Jasmine a shoutout for her speed, efficiency and most importantly her kindness. I left with a great drink and a smile on my face! :)

Walked in, decided my juice selection, waited while 4 teenagers who hate their lives wiped the counter never acknowledging me for a solid 4 minutes. Walked out.

Who's the Owner(s) at this location?.This place is probably loosing $$. I placed an order for 2 Acai bowls and when I went to pick up my order I received 2 bowls with the consistency of a slushy. When I told the Smoothie Artist about the issue I was given an attitude with a few eye rolls. I called the LA Quinta store where I spoke to an unapologetic Manager or at least that's what I was told. I feel so sorry for this Owner(s) to have such employees like this, hopefully they're not loosing money but if they are this is where the problem lies.

Horrible customer service!We have been coming to this location for months now , ordered the wheatgrass double shot along with either a large smoothie or a bowl. So we aren't a couple of dollars a pop, usually over 20 bucks a visit.We always ask for the double shot in the small cup because the 2 Oz. Cup filled up creates no room for error on losing some of the shot because it goes to the top of the glass when portioned out.Never have We ever had an issue when asked but always greeted with a welcoming no problem or yes.Today the girl working says she has to charge us for the cup. We let her know that's never been the case in the past , to which she told us with a bad tone, " well they should have "My friend canceled his wheatgrass order at that time , and I ended up canceling mine as well.Just like that bad customer service and pood attitude of the service person, lost the company 20 today and also 100s over the weeks we have and would have gone there as a result.I don't care if the policy changed or someone made a mistake, the delivery and way she handled the situation was a failure.I hope management schools the attendant on how to handle herself better or more loss will come .We tried Nectar Juice bar down the street instead

I went in a couple days ago, It was my first time going to juice it up, and my experience was amazing, the cashier Naviana greeted me when I entered, answered my questions and explained everything very well she even told me her favorites. Overall my smoothie tasted amazing and will be returning soon.

After a 30 minute wait, you'd expect a somewhat decent smoothie. However, you're greeted with what appears to be a colored water. That's right; you're peanut butter 'The Zone' lacks all texture and consistency. The smoothie, if one would even consider it that, could be poured through the worlds finest strainer, and leave no substance behind. A complete lack of smoothie making knowledge; nothing less than a waste of money. This negative experience can be credited to one individual: Juice It Up's star employee, Gaby. In an optimistic world, hopefully a lesson was learned and future smoothie might be made with actual competence.
