July 2024, Update. I needed another inspection for an HVAC attic issue and contacted INSPX Inspections since my previous home inspection was so thorough. Paul was quick to return my call and we scheduled a Thermal Camera inspection. That data provided me with the information I needed. I highly recommend INSPX Home Inspections. Great communication and very knowledgable.

VERY Happy with the report I received. VERY detailed which helped me get $$$ off of sale price as information in the MLS detail was NOT accurate. The thorough inspection is what found the discrepancy. Would definitely use this company again.

I'm somewhat new to the home inspection world, but I must say the report I received from INSPX was extremely thorough and well done. Many pictures were taken, especially of the problem areas. I would recommend their professionalism to anyone looking for a home inspector.

Paul must have worked for the CIA!!!
His attention to detail was amazing- he was up on the roof in 108 degrees and found problems with skylights.
Do not hesitate to hire him- he is the best in the desert!

We hired Paul for a mold testing he agreed to conduct within as little as two days of the initial inquiry. The communication until the actual appointment was smooth and pleasant. Paul was great when it came to communicating with us to set up our inspection.
He was right on time and did a very thorough inspection bringing to our attention things that needed to be addressed as to repair and replacement.
