“The service absolutely cannot be beat! The team at the Ritz Carlton tries very hard to exceed any/all expectations. Thank you JR in the lounge for making my wife a very special drink when she couldn't decide. Thank you Andrew and Sylvia at the front desk for help with checkout. Thank you Dennis for the kind way you welcomed us for my wife's birthday. Thank you Brando in the restaurant for your over-the-top service. The resort is gorgeous! The location is fantastic. The people have been the best part of this experience. Thanks for a great weekend. On a previous visit.... Mathias was fantastic at check-in.”

“Spring break this year, we chose to check this place out with our family and friends. The resort is beautiful! All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. They have 3 pools (adult, quiet, and fun). We hung out at the fun pool that boast 2 water slides that not only the kids enjoyed but the adults as well. Food and cocktails are available at the pool and served poolside. Prices are average for a nice resort $15-$20 for a burger and fries. They also have activities for kids, games, crafts, and watching them feed the turtles. There are multiple places to eat on the resort. Fire lounge, Pinzimini, Coffeology, Pinz and Pints (1 hour free drinks and sweets), Chefs window, and the pool. The only negative for us was our room. It was spacious and clean. However, we had a leak coming from a fire sprinkler that was found by a drop hitting my wife in the face while laying in bed. It was a very slow leak. We alerted the hotel, and they sent someone to look at it but did not fix it. Did not offer a solution, not even a roll away. The next day, we were asked to leave the room to fix the problem but were never updated on the situation. The leak was still there, but we only had 1 night left and decided to stay.Overall a good vacation!”

“Pleasant staff, good location, clean property. Rooms could use some loving care, but they are in the process of upgrading each room one by one.Only complaint is one of the dryers doesn't work but you only find that out after you Wasted your quarters in it. And the 24-hour laundry only takes quarters and the front desk won't part with any of theirs! There's no place to obtain any within walking distance, so you have to uber around to random gas stations and beg for enough quarters to do your load!Walkability: nothing within Proximity of the property except car dealerships and offices – there's a Denny's that's a 10 minute walk away.”

“We came here last summer on a trip with friends and we all had kids with us. I've been here once before about 8 years ago but never wrote a review. It was scorching hot, of course, in the beginning of July, but we knew that when we made the reservation. It's Palm Springs!Look, this is a classy resort. So the prices are high. But I will say that the service was impeccable. Every single staff member seemed to go out of their way to accommodate their guests and you really feel like you can have what you want. I was very impressed, starting from the valet at the front to the food staff. Everyone was super friendly. They have water activites for the kids. Two different pools, one lazy river and two cool water slides. The new pool had just been opened so it was quiet when we wanted to get to a less busy area. I doubt it's still like that. The food everywhere was delicious. We went to the restaurant a couple times and enjoyed our meals. They also had an event for families that weekend where they set up a bunch of water games, slides, a dunk tank (that they let us get into and watch our kids dunk us) etc on the golf course that was a cool different option too. They had a movie night by the pool but that got a but too crowded for us so we skipped it. But I must stress how wonderful the staff and service was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there and will definitely be back sometime.”

“This is new my favorite Hilton in the Palm Springs area. Angelo the general manager was friendly and it's easy to see why he is GM. The front desk was amazing and accommodating. Guadalupe and Cynthia were very polite and professional. They really made my check in easy and made me feel at home. The food at the hotel was excellent. I was fortunate to talk to the cook (Anthony) about the menu and I can see his passion as a chef. Food was excellent. The bartenders were also on point. Great drinks and good conversation. Thanks Sal!Rooms: Room was spacious and cleanNearby activities: So much to do around the area. Most in walking distance tooFood & drinks: Breakfast and dinner both were very deliciousNoteworthy details: As a Diamond member I stay with Hilton frequently. I really enjoyed my stay this past week. I would recommend it. Also, I will be back”
