Service is fast and staff is so very nice here. Ample handicapped spaces and a huge outdoor parking lot. This store is extremely clean and very well-organized. Wonderful items for low prices. “Fan Diego, especially Harlan, in Rancho Mirage, CA was absolutely fantastic! I had been searching for light fixtures for my entire home that were unique and coordinated with each other. I had already been to many lamp shops, including working with a high end lighting designer who is not listening to me. Even when I told her I did not want anything with golden if she provided me with many fixtures with gold. Go figure. Harlan and especially his equally talented colleagues put it all together under budget! I couldn't be more happy. What an amazing experience. As I look up my light fixtures, I giggle, and I think how wonderful it is all come together. Note I could have spent my entire budget on one dining room light fixture and instead I spent the same amount on received eight fixtures!!!”

“We love our furniture. It's very comfortable, and I think it will hold up well. What we thought was a bit bazar was how David, the salesman, gave us a broacher almost as soon as we walked in and told us to go home and think about what we wanted before buying anything. I mean it was like he couldn't wait to get us out the door. I was a bit taken aback because we have thought about buying patio furniture for a while and we knew we wanted it. I thanked him for not being high pressure, but he made us feel as if we were unwanted at their store. We did by a patio set, it's really nice, and delivery was really fast. So over all I'm really please.”

“Much better to shop here for craft supplies than to try and save some $ at Wal-Mart. Better selection of various craft supplies. This is where I buy my beads, and I've purchased alcohol inks and Mid poge. They give military a 10% discount, and Weds is senior discount day. I recently started a small business making tumblers and checked Joannes out. They did have Turner's but they are plastic, d I opted out in favor of wood Turner's. I'm making that purchase soon with MH Turner's. Joannes does carry glitter, but so does Walmart, and it's the same brand..Best to pick up their ad that you can find in line, or in an AP called FLIP. It will save you some hard earned $.”
