The absolute worst service. I've been waiting for an hour and my internet is out and they told me to go to this store and I'm waiting too long. They do t have enough people working here. Why?? It's such a huge corporation.

Great place to eat while Covid is going on they distance the tables outside, they have fans and misters to keep you cool. The food is good for the money. I like the hamburgers. Basically a nice big clean place

Ok, so this is t really a mall. It's more of a food court. All of the businesses except the hat store are closed. There are however a lot of places to eat.

I've been coming here since 2004. It's called The River so you think there would be some water that circles the whole complex but it does not, it would have been nice if they would have little rides like paddle boats you could ride on the river but they never did that. the borders bookstore used to be here (anchor store) but they went out of business when they left it seemed to take about a third of the foot traffic out ,plus the parking is a nightmare. The cheesecake factory has average food, the Yard House sucks, the barbecue restaurant that I can't remember the name of that I twice its average, Baja fresh was good here but it went downhill and is no longer in business. All the stores are very expensive.

How about a few designated parking spots for to go and delivery drivers near the restaurants? What a nightmare trying to find a parking spot to grab food to go. This is the wave of the future and most delivery drivers are rejecting restaurant orders in your complex, especially for Cheesecake Factory.

"You told me you love me,....why did you leave me all alone? Now you tell me you need me, when you call me on the phone. Girl, I refuse..... You must have me confused with some other guy- The bridges were burned, now it's your turn, to cry. Cry me a river (go on and just) - Cry me a river (go on and just) - Cry me a river (baby, go on and just) - Cry me a river....." ___________________ Great. Now JT's going to be stuck in my head the rest of the day! When push comes to shove "senoritas" & fellow "men of the woods", no bridges were burned at Rancho Mirage's"River"; an outdoor oasis, fit for visiting shoppers and local diners individually in search of a method around trekking out to Desert Hills Premium Outlets located in Cabazon. Home to PF Chang's, Yardhouse, Babe's BBQ, the Cheesecake Factory and Acqua California Bistro (think CA Pizza Kitchen) - whose sister noshery is Lulu's resting within Downtown Palm Springs, this waterfront whereabout - streaming on Bob Hope and Highway 111 - is just what comes to mind when you think of "summer love" mediocrity and/or hum drum desert living .....once surviving the trek and FINALLY making it the heck out of the IE! From Starbucks to Ben & Jerry's, feel free to ditch those "suits and ties" as while temps out here soar enough to bring "sexy BLACK", there's more than ample (covered) parking amid spectacular sunsets, both of which out-of-towners have clearly derived upon the memo for! When planning a trip, I thought it best to provide voyeurs with a method towards obtaining a "justified" "20/20 Experience"..... Grab those "supplies" my little "pusher, love, girls" - Anddddd...... *** Anticipate arriving to daily gridlock; most of which originating from silver fox follicled rubberneckers! *** Anticipate holiday hell originating from (you guessed it...) even more rubberneckers! *** Anticipate frequent issues of murky water stemming from under-parented, frolicking anklebiters. *** Anticipate an ULTIMATE lack of discipline displayed by (...sighs) the parents of said frolicking, wayward anklebiters! All of which ^ surrounding a convoluted conveyance of franchised chain establishments that could just as easily be located within the nearby Westfield Mall but for some bizarre reason was relocated here to present tourists an option of variance and locals..... ....the burden of traffic. Hardly worth rafting out of your way for, it just dawned on me that I forgot to mention that there's an onsite theater (Cinemark at the River) fishing overpriced tickets ($12.50 for adults) and popcorn to those in the vicinity stricken with last minute "tunnel vision" and "Escape Games" as well; prominently your subtle warning to clutch onto your life vests and continue floating on down Highway 111 until you arrive someplace better. Ahhh. "The River". It ain't exactly a Disneyland "TKO", but it certainly beats Raging Waters provided you can't tell the difference between the two!

Cool place. I love water so it was great to see a restaurant area with water flowing all around! This was right across the street from where we stayed for the weekend so it was super convenient. There were so many restaurants and a movie theater, ice cream shop, Starbucks and other stores. The parking was good during the day and at night when we were there. This is a nice relaxing place to hang out.

The River.. I suppose it's gotten better over the years. Definitely a hot spot for tourists, a little outdoor shopping center. It has your standard chains like Cheesecake, YardHouse, Ben & Jerry's, Starbucks, Forever 21, Bath Body Works, etc. Parking can definitely be a b**** during season, especially on the weekends. It's a great place to bring the kids cause they can run around with enough space to not bump into anyone. There's also a shop that sells super overpriced hats. But they're cute and fun. Yeah, not much to say except it's just a place with two restaurants/bars open late. YardHouse & Dringk (however you spell it).

Okay place to walk around but not much here that you can't find elsewhere. 5 Guys, Starbucks, pizza, F21, etc. The restroom is near Starbucks and its got a sign for the security office, etc....take a right and it's at the end of the hallway...looks like you're going towards the dumpsters, and you are, lol. The fountains need some work over by Starbucks because the water is cloudy...yuck! They do have some covered parking available, which you need in Palm Desert!

I loved the landscape of the mall. I do wish that there were more variety for shopping. The restaurants were great. If you want a picturesque background for scenery, this place is it!

Great restaurants centered around a trickling river, similar to the fountain at the Viejas Outlets it's a fountain throughout the shopping center mimicking a true stream and it's one of my favorite places since I lived nearby and could go regularly. It's a peaceful walk under intense sun to follow the meandering water around to the central, sunken amphitheater where local groups perform, and a Starbucks I pick up many sweet drinks from.
