This is the most unstable Internet available. The customer service is horrible. You get nothing but automation and during an outage you can't speak to anyone to get any updates other than them sending out text messages hours later. I would not recommend anyone switching from their internet services to get a few megabits more on speed. While they do offer a high-speed connection they do nothing to make sure that this infrastructure is stable. Don't do it.Update the Internet is off again today I spoke with someone and they informed me that I need a technician now. I am done I will cancel ASAP which will have to be after the holiday so no TV no Internet no entertainment. If anyone reads this DON'T SWITCH THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WITHOUT THE DAMN SERVICE

Where is the 0 stars? For a month trying to get repair of modem. I keep getting appts only to be told at end of day no tech avail after waiting from 1-5 on several occasions, then on day of, again get told later that day at 6 then a phone message saying next week then 3 time changes yesterday Oct 4th 2023, do not expect help with outage service.Service is spotty so jump when you have that few hours window.

Wow, the nerve of this company to claim they have exceptional internet service …Their internet is ‘down’ so often that when I was robbed my alarm and cameras didn’t work ….Spectrum is the wise choice for internet provider in Palm Springs!Unfortunately /… I learned this the hard way!

I have without internet since August 30th 2023 today is Oct 16th 2023Have called numerous times and set 7 service appts. As of nowAnd still no one has showed up . No one rakes responsibility at customer s2rvice and always guarantees someone will be by today is another appt set Oct 16th between 8-12 pm it is now 11:30AM and again no sign of anybody. I would of already gone to another service how ever my area doesn't have no other oneI was working from home now on suspension due to no internet or phone service how ever I'm still billed monthly for no service smh. I only need a router replacement . Frontier is so frustrating to deal with and make false promises .. 3 yrs when I started your service it took almost 4 months to get you outhere. With the same run around ..

This company is not worthy of even 1 star, Google should have zero stars options. My service goes down constantly and flickers on TV shows, it's just the worst. I am currently on hold, prompt says "Your hold time is well over 1hour, and we appreciate your service"?WTH!!! This is appalling, considering the money these guys make.

Poor service all around. I initially subscribed to the internet and TV service on May 19th, 2023. However, the service was never connected after waiting an entire month. I called several times to rectify this issue and spoke with different CSR's who promised that a technician would be coming to connect my fiber optic service. On June 20th, 2023, I called to file a complaint with the escalation manager (Jermain) to learn that my service was canceled by a technician. He told after a waiting for a month that I would need to go through the sales process again, which required a soft credit check, a new order number, another undetermined connection date, and most importantly my time. His job was to handle my complaint through providing a viable solution however he said his hands were tied due to customer protection laws in place. Overall, I'm disappointed, frustrated, and exhausted from the deceptive and unfair practices given by Frontier and their CSR's. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and emailing those in charge to discuss the poor treatment and lack of service given to my order. It is unacceptable for such a large corporation to have such poor communication within their own departments. I hope no one else endures the process I have encountered.

Horrible internet service. I’ve been a customer for years, and the internet is absolutely terrible. It takes hours on the phone to finally get them to schedule a technician to come out (weeks later), then they “fix” the internet and it works for a day to a week at most, then stops working for weeks/months until we call repeatedly. They say the internet in our area is not part of an outage, but they can see it’s not working??? They don’t know how to fix it permanently, they just find random solutions to get it to work for a bit so we stop calling. The worst part is that they refuse to not charge us for all the weeks that it doesn’t work because they close the ticket every time a technician comes out, even though they can clearly see the internet hasn’t been used for long periods because it wasn’t working. I definitely recommend you take your money elsewhere. You’re gonna be paying for constant frustration and a headache if you choose Frontier. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give them 0.

Your insufferable, endlessly repeating ad spots will not stop interrupting my once ad-free programs. I had literally responded to your billboard on Indian Canyon and was told my area wasn’t covered. You have completely misunderstood price competition, area marketing and brand association and have made me absolutely hate you.

We have 48 hrs without internet access. And no response ,either txt messages email or phone call returns. Just a runaround from every phone call that I make. They even say that I have canceled my contract.

Signed up with Frontier less than 2 months ago. My service has been out for a week. They refuse to send someone out because they say it’s service wide. So you mean to tell me your local customers haven’t had internet for a week? Can’t tell me when it will be fixed. Will be cancelling today and going back to Spectrum. At least they actually provided internet.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. They applied my payments to the wrong account for several months. I was only made aware once my account was sent to collections and showed up on my credit report!!! I then spent over 15 hours and many phone calls trying to figure out what happened to my payments, went through investigations, sent proof of payments, and started the process all over again when I hear nothing back from them.... Finally it was enough to have them remove the collection. But in the chaos, they had me overpay several hundred dollars which I'm still waiting to receive! (They said the check was in the mail) my latest correspondence said it was sent to the wrong address, and needless to say I'm not holding my breath. I hope no one EVER has to go through this....

Their workers damaged my property while installing cables or something in our street. Called their company 2 times and they keep saying somebody will contact you. Been over 2 months and I never got a call. Nice one Frontier!!
