I paid for a hand-wash on my new car. I sat outside and watched them wash the car 10 feet from me. It was a hot day. They walked away and let the water dry on the car. White water spots stained the paint (they use HARD WATER for hand washes). They claimed the stains were there before the wash and were unbelievably rude about it. It cost me $200 for an acid wash and buff to restore the paint. I'm now a Never-Elephanter. Good luck if you go there.

This is an iconic place to get your car washed. Busy but fast. There are many ranges to pick from. Go and enjoy.

Our car was dusty and buggy after driving around Southern California- they did an amazing job getting off all the gunk! We will definitely be coming back!!

Food and service seems to be not as good this time compared to past visits. Overall it was okay.

I go in Mondays, never a line and the team is friendly and do a good job. That’s my experience. Been here forever, I’ve never had an issue. The thing about a car washes is that if they don’t do a good job and you’re not happy, they will fix it before you leave in most cases.

Forget the elephant. The woman who took our money was not friendly, the workers who cleaned and dried the interior and exterior were only adequate. The only advantage here is the all cloth cleaners. The elephant is a cute throwback to an earlier time, but we won't come back for the wash.

This iconic pink elephant neon sign was originally manufactured in Seattle in 1966 for a Pacific Northwest car wash chain that was to open a new location in Portland. When plans changed the owners of Rancho Super Car Wash scooped it up and brought it down to California sticking out of the back of a moving truck. It looks fantastic day or night.

Very busy and popular car wash on the weekends. They did a thorough and efficient job. The outdoor waiting area has plenty of shade and seating. Very clean inside and out.

i took my Jeep and the workers spilled something on the passenger side carpet. They never told me about it they just tired hiding it. once i was home i smelled something so bad and i discovered my carpet was wet under my rubber mat. They didn’t really want to give me a refund. they “shampooed” the carpet but it still smells horrible inside my car! do not recommend this place also they didn’t even do a good job on the cleaning
